I eat a lot of ramen. Quality here is very high. Got the garlic tonkotsu. Full of high quality ingredients and the broth was rich and not too salty. Friendly service.

I had beef noodles at noon and had stomachache and diarrhea at night. This restaurant is rubbish. The service and food are rubbish. The price is expensive. Don't go there.

They’re never open the time it says !!!!!
Not professional at all!!!
I've been here a few times before, and the food was decent. However, today the beef in my beef tasted spoiled. The ramen wasn't served hot either. I felt nauseous after eating it. The overall experience was very disappointing.

What a nice surprise! I didn't know about this place until this day and I was really happy I came here. The place itself is so lovely and the decoration makes you feel like you're in Japan.
The food was good, the ramen was superb, I ordered the one with extra garlic. And the fried rice is usually extremely greasy in other Japanese places, but this one was not and it was delicious too.
The smoothies were good too, except that the coconut boba doesn't taste too coconut, but the passion fruit smoothie didn't really need it ?
We will come back, for sure.

Very good place to go for late night food in Evanston. Not much is open late but Ton-Ichi Ramen is, and the food is good! I’ve had the creamy vegan ramen both times I’ve gone and it’s great. My brother gets the spicy chicken ramen and he loves that too. Tofu spring rolls with peanut sauce are delicious as well.

This was an interesting restaraunt. I mean that in a sincere way. When my wife and I entered there was nobody to seat us and the chef hard at work in the kitchen by himself. A regular restaraunt patron may find this strange and for a moment I did too until I realized that is because we have come to expect immediate gratification from restaraunts. Though I enjoyed the moment of calm so I could take in the awesome atmosphere. This place is the real deal. This is a real small business with some of the healthiest tasting ramen I think I've ever had. If you're looking for junk food, this isn't going to be your spot, but hear me out. This bowl of noodles is big with some really subtle flavor that is really rather pleasant. The tea comes from the Kung Fu Tea next door and the thai tea was solid. I've had a lot of different ramen spots in my day but I was happy with my meal because I left full without clogged arteries.
