The food was good, although not significantly above average. However the service was terrible. The woman who waited on us, pretty much scowled at us with every interaction. It was so weird that my date and I were laughing. We shared a salad and then each had our own pasta entrees. There was no cadence between the salad and the pastas, no coordination of removing the salad plates, and the table was small. When we ordered, we made it clear will be splitting/sharing our pasta dishes, but we were not given sharing plates, or even serving utensils. We had to ask 3 times for these, and it's a small place. The restaurant was only 50% full at the time. Would not go back.
Overall it was good. Service was good, friendly waiter, pretty attentive. Food was ok. My friend and I both got the Asiago stuffed gnocchi(mine without chicken). His chicken was dry, but tolerable. The sauce was good but was a bit lukewarm. The gnocchi itself was good. The margharita pizza was pretty good but the crust needs some work.
Very nice location, only street parking though.
Food was very good, lots of flavor in their sauces.
Small pizza's will feed two people.
Limited appetizers, but they are good.
Servers were attentive.
Parking: If you're going during dinner rush, parking could be a bit difficult. We were there just before 5pm and only needed to walk a half block.

We made a reservation and had to wait 30 minutes because we booked on open table two hour before the reservation and they said since it was books later, that we would have to wait. Why have available times on open table and then not be able to seat people within 15 minutes of their reservation time? Otherwise the food was fantastic and once we sat down our waiter was great.
The food here is fresh and excellent! The perfect place for a cold and rainy night. The staff was also cheerful and helpful without being overbearing. I would only say that it is very loud and in general looking and feeling like it could use a love and care, feeling tired and worn out.
The place is beautiful and the service was amazing and the food was delicuous

Very nice atmosphere, with delicious food!!! Nice wine selection, even a beer my husband enjoyed. I would definitely eat here again if ever in the area.

Vegetarian review: we got the spinach gnocchi with arrabiata and spinach lasagna. Both my husband and I were underwhelmed. No doubt the food was fresh and the service was great, but not as tasty as we would like. Also the dessert, pear tart, was lacking, in our opinion.

Service was quick. Major complaint was that it was a bit chilly outside and they had about 4 tables of people and they didn’t have anything to warm us up a bit. For as much as they charge for food they should be able to at least provide a bit of warmth in the autumn chill. I enjoyed the food for sure, but my family wanted to go outside to eat because it was a bit loud indoors and we shouldn’t have to get a cold doing that

I ordered a side of meatballs online for $4.50, and it’s literally only one meatball with a bit of sauce. It’s a lovely meatball, but I think that’s a total ripoff. Also they didn’t give me the complimentary bread that I requested.
I’ve been to Trattoria Demi before and had a great time, which is why this is 4 stars instead of 2 or 3.
