Unicorn Café is one of those quirky, themed spots in Bangkok that really stands out. It’s a pastel-coloured dreamland filled with unicorn toys, rainbow décor, and plenty of fun photo opportunities. The café opens from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm daily (closed in the mornings), so it’s perfect for a midday treat or a colourful afternoon stop. We visited in the early evening and were the only ones there the entire time. The menu is full of bright, whimsical treats. Kids and anyone young at heart will love it, and it’s especially fun if you’re looking for a unique café experience that feels straight out of a fairytale. Bear in mind that some items might sell out - the candy floss wasn't available during our visit and it was one of the only things my child with a food allergy could eat. It can get busy on weekends, so arriving early in the day is a good idea. While it’s more about the atmosphere than gourmet coffee, it’s a cheerful place to relax, take photos, and enjoy something sweet in a magical setting. My daughter particularly enjoyed being able to snuggle unicorns while she waited for her colourful drink.

Our daughter absolutely loved the unicorn theme – and to be fair, that’s the only reason this isn’t a one-star review. The décor might look magical in photos, but in reality it’s worn out and even broken in places. The food was overpriced and honestly not tasty, and while the staff were polite, the service felt slow and uninterested. It’s a classic “social media trap”: the concept draws you in, but the experience doesn’t live up to the promise. We left with one happy child and two disappointed parents. Won’t be returning.

The café has its unicorn style and has plenty of desert and dishes—I love eating it, it’s once and again, it’s everything.

Seems like a good concept but quite out of the way and not on a Main Street. It’s a 15 minute walk from the closest metro station and in the current heat and humidity felt like a longer walk. Would be good for families with little ones to visit to keep them busy. The drinks were reasonably priced around 80baht each we didn’t have any food but they had different cakes and snacks for sale also. As you walk along the street it looks as if the cafe is closed with the shutters down, but they have moved a couple of doors down and there is a sign saying they are open from Tues to Sun and a small paper sign next to it saying the cafe is just further along the street on the corner. It’s worth a visit to give it a try, if you’re happy to travel the distance.

Paradise for children. Brilliant idea this, decorate everything in unicorn theme and color the food in rainbow and the little ones melt away. Thought it was a bit cheap on the entourage but the children didn't care about that who thought they were in paradise. The cakes went down well so definitely recommended to visit with children

The idea is very nice, but it was very small inside and the staff took a long time. 45min waited for 2 waffles. Furthermore for the children a nice experience. Our 8-year-old daughter writes; It is colorful and rainbowish. There is also a shop with all unicorn stuff the food is even made of rainbow. There are even Unicorns on the roof really worth 4 stars 🦄🌈

Really? Reservation taken and confirmed by 12 noon. No one opens until 12:30. Empty window. No one to receive or take any order. A shame. Too bad.

This cafe was amazing. It was a very lovely cafe there were lots of unicorns 🦄 hanging from the roof. The wall was full of unicorn wallpaper. The food had quite a limited stock and the food I wanted wasn't there. The food was nice though I enjoyed eating 🍽️ this and my drink was good too. You can also buy souvenirs. This cafe is recommended for pictures. I would come here for food and see the adorable unicorns 🦄. Thank you 🙏! Elsie age 9

Our children (girls 5.5 and 3 years old) loved this cafe. We surprised them by taking them here for a coffee break in the tourism and they were overjoyed. There are also some small things to buy, so the children had to choose each thing to buy.

The full cafe design , the colors , prints , menu items rather everything is unicorn based. Mostly desserts and snack menu . Interestingly designed for unicorn lovers .

While the one person working there was nice, this place is a dump. There was almost nothing available from the limited menu, there are dirty plush animals hanging from their necks all over the ceiling, and the upkeep is lacking. The rainbow burger no longer exists, and anything with rainbow cheese, crepes, or waffles was all out of stock, The iced soda was terrible, although my wife did appreciate lots of pink whipped cream on what we could order (toast and a hot chocolate)

The only good thing was the food, it was nothing special but is was eatible. We wanted to go there for the youngest, the vibe was pink and the stuffed animals on the roof are all dirty. The waiting was the worst, it took half an hour to even order and another half hour for the food to come. We do not recommend this cafe. The staff did there best but there where only two people, not enough for al the guests.
