The worst bacon cheeseburgers I have ever had. There was no marking on the box( choice , prime etc) when asked about was I don’t know but I’m sure they are good. I don’t think I can step foot in there again

Became a member and ordered yesterday for today. I got a text stating that the driver was on the way. I then got a text saying that it was delivered, which it wasn't. In the text it gave me 29 minutes to contact the driver. I saw the picture of the wrong house. Driver told me it wasn't his fault or problem and he would not go back and get it, which was 5 minutes from my house. I have canceled my membership and got a full refund. They made no effort to try and save my business. I will be going on every smoking meat group I am on to let people know to stay away from this company.

I bought Lobster Claws from this store which is a "new" product. I should have known better when I saw a full stock of them when all of the other high end seafood was gone. Wildfork allows you to review individual items. There is currently 1 review and apparently they had the same experience I had, tasteless rubber claws. I completed a review on their website and to this day it is still not on the product. I write a lot of reviews and there was nothing in my (negative) review that should have it flagged to not publish it except the truth and one star. Now I have a bag full of tasteless rubbery lobster claws that I think were used to make the base of Lobster Bisque and should have been discarded but instead are being sold to Wildfork. Where is the quality control before they sell new products?

I ordered shrimp and lobster tails for Christmas Eve. Order was delivered in time and was exactly what I ordered. The size and taste of the food was outstanding. I didn’t know what to expect but was very, very pleased. I would order again in a heartbeat!!

Excellent service by owner and staff. I came in for a frozen prepared appetizer, and ended up purchasing more…cheesecake, meatloaf mix, and a grass fed beef frozen dinner. Prices were very fair. The assortment and variety of choices was outstanding. Also, be aware that there is free available garage parking…enter through alley in back…park..and 12 steps to store…another pleasant surprise.

I went in to buy a rather weird cut, beef heart. I called ahead of time to see if they had it, and the worker who answered was extremely kind. I went in, and bought it for much less than I have paid elsewhere for it. The place was clean and the service was quick. I will be shopping there in the future for sure.

Most of the shrimp and chicken bags leak. Ground beef packs are split/cut. I've had to toss half the order because of the poor packaging. First time ordering, won't use this service again.
Everything is so good here! The Alfredo and grilled shrimp are my favs. Frozen foods with real ingredients! It is so clean and organized and delivery is fast too!

Wild Fork sells primarily frozen meat and seafood. It is a retail chain store owned by one of the largest meat processors in the country. This means one finds very good consistency of products, including what some in the US would consider exotic (e.g. Bison, Venison, Rabbit, Ostrich, Goose). The store does offer a selection of frozen vegetables and frozen berries. There are no “fresh” foods here. Everything is frozen and this helps keep the store looking very clean. The staff are generally very nice and helpful.

When I ordered my picanha it stated 3 lbs. What I recieved was a little over a pound. Was packaged perfect and still cold. But for price I was left baffled. Chance, you take ordering offline. Fool me once won't fool me twice, SRF just got all my business!
