This place has went downhill so terribly. I used to order from here on Uber Eats often, but their quality and service have fallen off a cliff. The last few times, I've ordered from them they have forgotten my drink. How hard is it to get someone's drink with their order?? I won't be giving this wretched, stinky place anymore of my money

I used to love coming here and it’s very disheartening for me to give this review. For the last few months the wings have been HUGE, but today this is just ridiculous. The wings are scaly and under cooked. I spoke to the manager and he said they make sure to use timers for the temperature. Those timers are used for regular size wings, not these jumbo ones hence why they are under cooked. The manager is a sweetheart and the staff are nice, atmosphere is ok. As a Wingstop lover you are better off going to the Broadway location. They have regular size wings and are fast in and out.

I think the corporate should get involved. How do you go from hiring someone telling them you will send them paper work witin 2days. Then turn around and don't contact them? Unprofessional very awful.

Bad service takes long time to just answer the phone and then they tell you to wait on hold it's took 8 minutes just to answer the phone I think they need more employees and the cashier is look like Angry all the time

I recently visited Wingstop, and unfortunately, the experience was far from what I expected. Right from the start, things went downhill. The cashier seemed confused while taking my order, and despite repeating it several times, they still got it wrong. When I pointed out the mistake, the staff seemed disorganized on who was going to take care of the issue. This location was way better when it was under the original owners.
