Place is very dirty.. bathrooms are locked “no sign to inform the customer that bathrooms are locked” not sure why there’s no sign to inform customers that they must request the bathroom to be unlocked for them in order for them to use it! are sticky tables are dirty it looks like not enough staff

Older gentlemen that works is so snotty attitude is terrible I come as a regular customer and doordasher he never allows me to use restroom I will be never be back to this location this establishment needs to be closed down customer service sucks and food is disgusting I even noticed a piece of hair in my food he also was spitting while he talks disgusting!!!

Boneless wings were great. I don't recommend the Cajun corn on the cob. It's awful. I ordered the light version of light, medium and heavy spice. The light version was too hot for any of the three of us to eat. We threw it in the trash. Lesson learned.

The order was recited to me in the exact way I requested. When the order was picked up, the order was recited again when the employee was asked if the chicken was well done, cooked twice.I called to rectify the issues with the order and was hung up on, then no answer. I kept calling back to back... even well past the restaurant closure time and still no answer.The old management/ owners would never give this type of customer service, nor would they produce food that's not edible.So, this is what happens when you buy local, huh.Next steps:• Call back to speak w/ management.If it's unsuccessful, final step would be to contact the following:• BBB• Rotary Club• Evanston Health Department• Evanston Chamber of Commerce
