Business hours are until 11. show up at 10. 2 people still in there with multiple visible doughnuts & they refused to sell them. or like just give me one if you’re going to throw them out. also change your hours if you’re not gna honor your customers until that time. trash.

Donut was the size of a silver dollar lol I bought 6 of these and was highly disappointed the pic doesn’t even do it any justice. The donuts were legit so small we ate them in 3 bites

I ordered the Valentines's special donuts from this location and I ended up receiving the original glazed donuts when it was delivered. If what I ordered was not available then just refund me--don't send me a cheaper item without returning the difference in cost. Completely unprofessional! Do not ever buy from this location!!

Placed an order online it stated it would be ready at 1018 I arrived at 1020 and no one answered the drive through went to the door and the employee came and said they were closed. I said ok what about my online order and money. The employee stated they were closed I asked for corporate number and they walked away! Will never go back!

4.82 for 1 classic doughnut and 1 lemon filled. The lemon filled was worth the price of $2.39. @5 bites. But the classic was half the size unfilled $1.99. (3 bites). Yes, I count my bites, and I want more bite for my money. I still like the doughnut though.

Facility closes at 11pm and drive thru closes at 12pm. I arrived at 10pm and they stated they were closed. Very disappointed, they should update hours if they have changed.

Ordered the Christmas/Grinch donuts two weeks ahead of time. When I showed up at my scheduled time, they told me (with an attitude )that they weren't ready and if I wanted to cancel or come back later. I told them that I couldn't come back. They went inside and gave me my donuts within 10 minutes. I should've checked because when I got home they only gave me 6 Grinch donuts and the rest were regular donuts. I didn't write this review to get corporate to give me a freebie (so don't tell me to contact you) I wrote this review so other people are aware that service there is bad.

😡I got discriminated against this morning at Krispy Kreme Doughnuts (9150 S Western Ave, Evergreen Park, IL) on our way to help support Toys 4 Tots parade. Krispy Kreme already knew that we were coming. We got off the fire truck after we pulled in and there were some bikers already there. I got to the door first, the rest of the people that was on the fire truck were behind and next to me and the others were still coming.
When the guy Casey unlocked the door to let people in, the first thing he said was everyone can come in including regular customers, except for you (pointing at me). I was just a little confused and said I am with them(bikers, and rest of toys for tot crew). He than told me no you are not, I seen you just got out of that car. That was a lie. He was not going to let me in until, another guy that was with us about to go in said yea he is with us. I told him that was not nice and rude, he said no that’s not and the manager Danielle did not make it any better at all!!! I told her I was not trying to get him in trouble, I just want you to talk with him she replied, “Oh he not gone get in trouble”.
The sad part was, I was the only Black person with the group, and the people that did the discrimination were also Black.
