This location needs better customer service, the workers here are horrible, they work with AirPods on and when you talk to them they ignore you. I placed an order online for pickup, placed order on 12/30 for pickup on 12/31 at 4pm and when I got there, they didn’t have my order ( no donuts ) my order was paid for and no order. They don’t refund your money there at the store, you have to call corporate wich i did and the girl who answered ( Michelle ) didn’t know how long it will take, to get my money back. She wasn’t able to even tell me if will take 48 or 72 hrs. This isn’t the first time, I have an issue at this location, I won’t be coming back.

This Oak Lawn Location on Western Avenue has only one person working the front counter and the drive through and the pick up delivery orders, so it takes a while to get an order fulfilled, and I was only 1 of two inside. I went in to get one of the adorable Santa Bismarck's but then I saw they sell ghirardelli chocolate in their hot chocolate so, as adorable as the Santa doughnut is, I left with a hot chocolate and a cinnamon roll and one of the new cinnamon apple filled bismarcks. You must go in between, I think it's 7 and 9 in the morning and maybe one other time in the afternoon, to watch the doughnuts fall off the conveyor belt and get flipped over and then to see all the sugar glaze that gets dumped on the donut, it's really a sight to see and will bring you a great smile on your face.

After a very tough day, the handsome gentlemen working Wednesday night made mine and my mom’s day! I can tell the energy in the store was very positive. And I appreciate his patience while we bickered over what to order. 10/10 location
the most tasty donuts and they always surprise me with new flavors. Every time I go the donuts are soft, fresh and smell amazing. I like how they make different kinds so I never get bored. Always fun to stop by for coffee and few donuts, it really make my day better.

This location has terrible customer service. I placed an order at 5pm for raspberry filled donuts with pickup at 7:15pm, and when I got there, they told me they didn’t have any left. Didn’t even say it on the website or call and let me know they waited till I got there to tell me This is the third time they’ve done this to me. The staff didn’t care, didn’t try to make it right, and didn’t even bother helping me get a refund. Completely unprofessional and unreliable.

I ordered Krispy kremes and my order was canceled but I called the manager and she was very helpful let me know that doordash was the one who canceled my order and that she was taking care of my refund but doordash need to let the store know when they cancel the orders because I had to contact the manager of the store her name is Tammy Smith very helpful I give her five stars my refund is pending and I did receive the confirmation from her email stating that it was being process thank you Tammy she works for your company here on 95th and evergreen Park Chicago Illinois

So we saw the sign and came over to see if they have Fresh Hot Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, here in EverGreen Park, so we got half dozen, a frozen pumpkin spice freezer, and a Free Krispy Kreme Doughnut Hat, clean store, fresh ingredients, clean, clean kitchen, and my favorite clean bathrooms! Smiling faces, staff welcoming, even their guest in line are amazing, so thank you to the Betty BooB fan, awesome smile, get home safely, as well as the Team here at evergreen park, you guys rock, keep it up
