I went through the drive thru around 7:40pm tonight and i ordered a oreo and caramel mcflurry with extra oreo and i got it at the window and left and as i was about to eat it i see no caramel. I called and said they forgot to add it and they said i didn’t ask for any. I went back and gave them the 55 cents because they wouldn’t just add it and i asked for it to be mixed and they claim they don’t mix the McFlurries….since when? How am i suppose to eat a glob of caramel on top of my McFlurry? Just lazy…..Anyways i went inside to use the bathroom and there was no tissue….going back and forth with me about caramel and they don’t even have tissue in the bathroom is crazyyyyyyyy……wake up!!!!!
So my recipe say paid for my food at 10:48am lunch just started I say on 92nd and kedzie I do I get home and my food is cold like it’s been sitting out like it took my and hour to get home then I call them and they got an attitude with me nope never again and I heard they were pretty good I hate when my food is not right who wants to return when it should have been fresh the first time then when the get snapped on it’s a problem

for the second delivery in a row from this location, half my order wasn't in the bag. The delivery showed up in a sealed bag but one of the two meals was missing. Both drinks have been in the bag, just not the food. do better

They DON'T know how to make coffee, and the last time I was there on Friday night, it wasn't brew fresh
I will NEVER patronize this establishment ever again!! I ordered 4 Big Macs along with 4 orders of fries, get home and the meat is missing from the burgers...all 4!!! All I can tell you is check your sandwiches BEFORE leaving! Never again!!!!

I never had a bad experience until I started ordering the kids meals. Newsflash!!! Kids want fresh food too. Most parents don’t check their kids food to make sure made fresh and hot. This establishment takes the cold/stale burgers and cold fries and packs them in the kids meals cause kids don’t complain. I didn’t happen once but many times so I know that’s their norm. Parents check your kids food!! I haven’t been back because it’s an insult and you’re stealing from your customers. My daughter went today and brought surprised me with my favorite, a cheeseburger happy meal. You know that burger was old right? Disgusting! Next I’ll contact corporate!!

Extremely rude drive-thru worker! We drove to the second window to pick up the food. The window opens and we said Hi then this one polish white lady at the second window basically just throw us our order and slammed the window on us before we can even ask for more napkins. End up they have our order wrong and we had to sit there for a minute for her to open back up the window to rudely and very unwillingly fix our order. I understand they probably don’t get paid enough for what they do but being nice is the basic if you are working in the service industry. Extremely unprofessional.
