Ordered food online and it said it has been confirmed and ready for pick up, when i arrived store was closed no one was inside door was lock n employees are always sitting on their phone, they have the customer walk to the counter n pick up their own food while they sit on their phone just lazy n unprofessional

It's a copy cat of Nery crab and the sauce is fishy and not fresh and too salty and service is horrible.

For starters, the waitress was nice and the restaurant was clean excepting the gnats lol. The food was flavorful, but the snow crab didn’t have much meat. They automatically give themselves a big tip. The food was good but I probably won’t dine there again.

I had 4 chicken wings which was the size of a chicken that was shot up with steroids & my granddaughter’s had spring shrimp it had a piece of corn & 2potatoes everything was swimming in butter & had know flavor, I will never eat there again oh the service was okay but the food took at least 40mins & there weren’t anyone in there but us! It was sorry

The food was soo good! My family was gifting me to supper. I am sure for the, made to order/ freshly cooked king crab legs and large shrimps, potatoes and corn in a nice spicy seasoned sauce, placed in the large heavyduty clear plastic bags was expensive, but was well worth every finger licking, lip smacking, face wiping moment. We did the takeout service and was reminded as we enjoyed our food at the house, why the tables get covered with white meat- market paper, and provided a roll of commercial paper towels while dining in at the restaurant. Delicious ?? seasoned sauce get all over your hands, around your mouth and on your clothes; bib please! I will be returning. Take notice: There is an 18% or more gratuity added for dining in, due to COVID-19; you might miss the big sign on the second entrance door. Enjoy.

Literally the only place I go to for seafood boils. I’ve tried a decent amount of places but none can compare. Super seasoned, hella garlic, and worth every cent. The cook could literally punch me in the face and I’d thank them. This place is like 40 minutes from me and as someone who hates driving, it’s totally worth it. Favorite seafood boil restaurant in Chicago.

The location is just south of the meijer service station. It is a nice quiet restaurant. I ordered the catfish dinner and a wing dinner. I asked for the catfish to be fried soft but, it was not. However; it was nice and tasty the next day coming out of the microwave in a plastic bag that made it soft. My wife really likes the chicken wings. The wait staff was nice and friendly. I will definitely be returning to try other items on the menu.

We called to place an order and they stated they can’t do over the phone orders. Online or in person only. Ok- We placed an order online-paid. 30min goes by and I received a notification stating my order was canceled. I called the store and the staff member stated it gets cancelled after a half hour if the restaurant doesn’t confirm it.The staff member kept repeating how she didn’t confirm the order because she wasn’t next to the computer. She was sitting down at a table since it’s slow and they don’t have any customers……um what? Very unprofessional. It gets better- when I got there she was on a personal call and had to step away…..if the owner is reading this - this is why you don’t have customers. Never again!

I normally get the crab legs and shrimp from here. It's normally pretty good. I like ordering here over the other seafood places nearby because they season their food the best. The last time I ordered from here I got an order with the lobster tail. The lobster tail was overcooked and had a metallic taste to it. It was dissapointing and felt like a waste of money. I think they used rock lobster which is normally tougher than main, so it would have been better to take it out the boil right before it was done and put it in the sauce while it was hot. I wouldn't order that again, but you can't go wrong with the shrimp and crablegs.
Happened upon this place by accident. Lucky us. Really great catfish, the shrimp was quite nice. The fries? Admittedly they had cooled by the time I tried them, perhaps hot or their seasoned version would be a better choice. I am actually looking forward to going back. By the way, the staff was polite, professional.

First off the customer service was horrible, we walk in and the guy at the door I guess he suppose to be the host walks up and give us menus like here so we ask do we seat ourselves and he's like yea so we proceed to a table then he like not there that's for a party so we're like so we can't seat ourselves. Next nothing I saw online or website was available, no lobster claws or no king crab legs. It was definitely a waste of time.

I called the restaurant and asked a few questions I wanted to know if the 4 wings where 4 whole wings or party wings I was told whole wings and the 10 wings is party wings I ordered online 4 wings & fried shrimp my order was picked up and when I got my 4 wings it was 2 wings broken down to 4 pieces like really $10 for 2 wings unbelievable my chicken was cooked the way I like it the skin was crispy n flavorful but pass that the meat tasted plan as though it didn't marinate long enough so the flavor would be inthe meat as it was on the skin however my shrimp was excellent outside and inside so that being said is why I rated it 3 stars

It wasn't what it use to be. The shrimp is overcooked and not deveined and the potatoes were on their last leg. I definitely didn't receive a pound of shrimp because the bag was light as a feather. Sadly I think it's time to venture elsewhere.

Haven’t been here in a while and it use to be good. Ordered online when I picked it up I smelled something burnt. I looked at the bag and it looked fine. I got trifecta. My daughter got lemon pepper of she had one tiny sausage I paid $2 extra for disappointing. But when I finally got home to eat the sauce and garlic was burnt. My bag tasted burnt a waste of money. This my 2nd terrible bag in the last couple of weeks. Quality of food went down.
