Worst customer service for being a higher priced hibachi restauaraunt. Dont complain when you don't see a tip. Granted mine was take out anyways. Spend 70 dollars for 2 steaks and they won't give you sauce to go with it. Employee customer care reflects how their leadership treats them...
On Thursday, 5/30, my wife and I had dinner at the restaurant. Our favorite server, Rita, was assisting us. During our meal, we witnessed a front desk employee yelling at Rita and slamming his hands on the table, causing a significant disturbance that was noticeable to many patrons.
