When the GM isn’t working I would HIGHLY ADVISE finding another place to eat! Disrespectful teenagers with ZERO work ethic and complete disregard of professionalism and inability to provide adequate customer service to customers.

I have always had a wonderful experience with this dairy queen. I can't believe the reviews I'm seeing on here. I live in Mount Vernon where our dairy queen is horrible. Not only the service but the food as well, you get soup for milkshakes and everything you order is messy and nasty. Fairfield Dairy Queen has really good service and the most delicious treats. I've never had any of the girls there speak to me in anyway that wasn't sweet and professional. Keep...
