Ordered in drive thru and told to pull around for total(this is at 810pm). Never got a total from the shift leader Kirby( young lady with blue hair) she just kept window closed, never acknowledged me and then started counting down the drive thru window cash drawer down in front of me. I mean is that really smart to do and proper training/ protocol? Dell took my money and was nice and friendly, she rocks. Maybe Kirby was having a bad day and I can understand that as we all do, but the money in the window in todays time? Love your food.

The place was empty as usual so the service was great. However the food didn’t compare. The fish sandwich I ordered tasted too strong. It didn’t have enough sauce or lettuce and the bun was doughy. Just an outright boring fish sandwich. And the curly fries taste like they were fried in old grease. I won’t be eating there no time soon.
I don’t usually rate fast food places, but the staff here on Christmas Eve went above and beyond. So kind, and offered a free drink as I was eating inside. They should know the little extras including their friendliness was much appreciated. I’ll be back.

Arby’s offers a chicken tender slider and they also offer a chicken tender slider buffalo sauce, so I was asking if they can just give me the tenders tossed in the buffalo sauce. They informed me that that cannot happen and will not happen so I had to order the sandwiches so I can get my buffalo chicken tenders.

My daughter and I came to get some sandwiches. She ordered a few chicken sliders. I ordered the classic roast beef. My daughters chicken sliders were squished all to heck. As if someone squeezed them with their hand. My roast beef barely had any meat. I also got a soda that tasted so horrible like maybe their machine wasn't cleaned properly or something. Of course we didn't see all of this until we got all the way home. The woman runnin the window was nice... That was the only good thing
