Ordered through doordash my bag was sealed found a hair in it, nobody would take accountability with two people on the shift today's date October 22nd got my order at 10:45 p.m. call the store nobody takes accountability again and want to argue instead of just apologizing tried to call the store and talk it out but apparently nobody cares no longer will I ever order from this store.

Ordered in drive thru and told to pull around for total(this is at 810pm). Never got a total from the shift leader Kirby( young lady with blue hair) she just kept window closed, never acknowledged me and then started counting down the drive thru window cash drawer down in front of me. I mean is that really smart to do and proper training/ protocol? Dell took my money and was nice and friendly, she rocks. Maybe Kirby was having a bad day and I can understand that as we all do, but the money in the window in todays time? Love your food.

I got the Chicken Bacon Swiss. Soooo good! The chicken sandwich meal was on sale for $5 that day too. So that was cool too.

This Arby's is consistently so good! The restaurant is clean. The staff is super nice. The food is always hot and fresh!
The place was empty as usual so the service was great. However the food didn’t compare. The fish sandwich I ordered tasted too strong. It didn’t have enough sauce or lettuce and the bun was doughy. Just an outright boring fish sandwich. And the curly fries taste like they were fried in old grease. I won’t be eating there no time soon.

I don’t usually rate fast food places, but the staff here on Christmas Eve went above and beyond. So kind, and offered a free drink as I was eating inside. They should know the little extras including their friendliness was much appreciated. I’ll be back.
