Ordered online and they were closed paid for food I never got

The service was fine, but the tone of the old man serving me was abrasive. He was in his late 30s to early 40s. That's old to be so rude. When I walked in to place my order, he asked, "What YOU need?" I was the only person at the counter, but I still had the impulse to look behind me to see if he was talking to someone else. "Wow!! Is that how we're greeting, paying customers nowadays?" I placed my order. All went well until he handed it to me. Actually, he placed it on the counter, shoved my change into my hand, and walked away. I would hate to meet him in an unpleasant setting. RUDENESS OVERLOAD. The food was lukewarm. I dared not return and complain. Yezzzz ?

I went at 8pm tonight for a quick dinner only for all the doors to be locked and there be staff inside your door says dine in till 10 but no one wanted to take me order and no one answered your drive through why hire ppl who won't work and lock costumers out hours before

Manager and his team where super friendly and helpful. Food cane out fast and the guy brought us our food got our sauces and checked on us. Was super impressed and a great experience!
