I was really excited to get some Auntie Anne’s pretzels for the first time in years. Walking up to the counter, my shoes were sticking to the floor, which has obviously not been cleaned properly. Disgusting. When I ordered, the cashier seemed annoyed and very monotone. I got my pretzels and they were old, chewy, and stale so I could not eat them. What an awful experience. Yall getting paid for what?

I waited in line for 30 mins just to be told their not making any cinnamon pretzel nuggets, then the bald headed black lady gets rude like she owns the pretzels. I had to threaten to call for the manager just to have my order taken. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied.

Card kept declining when trying to make purchase an auntie and they tried to assist several times. Show them I had money in my account and they said don’t worry about it. We used a coupon. You’re good to go totally maze. I’m gonna pay this one forward, one of the best places to shop at Saint Clair Square

So where to start... they let you order then tell you they aren't accepting cash. Then if you go ahead and decide to use your card when the total comes up it goes straight to a tip screen. Then the option to not tip is not very obvious and why should I tip someone for taking my order? The workers , well they are never friendly. I was glad that at least the pretzels were fresh this time but I'm guessing because it was super busy for a change?

This is a must stop at the St Clair Mall. They keep hot pretzels ready to go with quick service. Hits the spot. We had the cup of pretzel sticks with a cheese dip tonight.

This location is terrible. The pretzels taste like they used a whole cup of baking soda. They’re always disgusting and mushy. The kids working there are always looking at the screen to see if you tip or not. One employee dropped half of my nuggets and still tried handing to me.

I went to the kiosk on the upper level a couple December 2023 because the main one on the lower level had a line of people 2 meters long. The teenage girl at the kiosk was sitting there playing on her cellphone. When I arrived to place an order, she said they had no pretzels and we’re only serving beverages. By the way, this was nowhere near closing time and during the early afternoon.

Everything was Good! workers were on point food was Amazing… i asked for extra butter he did it with no problem!
It took 30 minutes to get our food. The workers were all just flirting and trying to make garbage into the basket. The food was burnt and wasn't even cut.

Arrived at the Fairview Heights, IL location at 10:42 am and it was closed. Employess standing around talking but no one to purchase a drink and no pretzels in sight. Poor management and customer service! Hours online indicate open at 10am.

I visited this location on 12/31/23. Staff seemed disinterested and didn't acknowledge me while I was standing at the counter waiting to place my order. When I finally received my order the pretzel was not baked fully and was RAW on the inside! Absolutely disgusting. I would definitely stay away from this location.
