I haven’t been to a Bob Evans in years. Probably my last trip in for a long time. Food was average nothing was hot a cooked well. Cooks have little control over the blandness a tasteless of the food. Just how chain restaurants are run. The highlight was the waitress Shirley and other staff made it a great visit. Not worth my $. If I am paying for double of fast food restaurants I expect better.

Yet another business that claims they deliver their own food then passes it off to doordash who drives around for a half hour delivering other people's food with your sitting in their car until it's ice cold when it gets to you. I'll never order from you guys again.

Bob Evans in Fairview Heights, IL is hands down my favorite breakfast spot! My husband and I have been going there for years, and it’s always a great experience. One thing that stands out is how many of the same friendly workers have been there forever, which says a lot about the management and how well they treat their staff – very little turnover.
On this visit, I ordered the Farmer’s Choice and swapped the usual meat for the new chicken fingers. Let me tell you – I ended up with way more food than I expected! My Son ordered the Sausage Gravy. Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious, as always.
Even on the rare occasion that something isn’t quite right, they never complain and always fix it with a smile. That’s just another reason why Bob Evans in Fairview Heights will always be my go-to breakfast spot. Excellent service, great food, and a welcoming atmosphere – highly recommend!
