Drive thru is very slow. Plan to wait 15-20 minutes before receiving your order.

I was in the drive thru and ordered a royal cripsy chicken. I was asked to park a little past the window. I got it about 5 minutes after parking and it wasn’t even that busy. I got home and the chicken was hard and cold.

The drive thru was incredibly slow. I was the 2nd car at the window and the cars behind me were leaving it was so slow. I thought the car in front of me must have placed a MASSIVE order but no. When his order came it was in the normal small bag. He drove away and my bag was waiting already. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Saw a person, in store behind counter messing around, when we pulled in the store and get 10 minutes of waiting still would refuse to take our order from the intercom. The exterior if the building was trashy from what I could see.

I Love Burger King's Hash Browns, Chicken nuggets, (real chicken), with more for the money, and their signature Whopper.. I have never had a bad experience in any of the Burger Kings. And even during Covid, they managed it in greatness....Grade, A.

Doordashers and doordash customers beware! I have ordered from them twice and been sent to pick up doordash orders from this location many times over. Lobby closes at 8pm and supposed to have Drive through open until 11pm but no one answers and you will not get your order. Lights on and people inside on their phones but intentionally ignoring the intercom. Calling in does nothing as well as they do not answer the phone and the voicemail box of the location is full. We doordashers get deducted pay and get bad reveiws for these bad experiences if our appeal and evidence is not enough due to the posted hours.

We came here after a long day, figured it sounded good so we came here. My mother in law and I ordered from the $7 trio. I went to the bathroom to change my daughter and my mother in law was waiting for the order. When my mother in law came to sit she realized we were missing my sandwich, she went up there to ask for it, and was given attitude and proof with receipt. After a couple minutes they said they’d make it. When I went up there to wait for the sandwich, I could hear the girl talking about my mother in law having an attitude.

Also the tea has expired at 1:35pm and it was 4:53 and we said it was gross and they said it was fine.

I’m very disappointed on how they handled the situation, as a manager myself from another fast food company I never seen such rudeness. I usually come through the drive thru no issue, I will not be back.

Ordered a Shroom Melt, bread was not toasted. Food was semi warm. No ice in my tea. I think the food got cold because the 2 cars ahead of us took 10 - 15 minutes, not sure why. We won't be back.

I had not had BK in a long while. The burgers are amazing. Better than most ff establishments in my opinion.

Person taking the order was mad when I ordered because after ordering 1 meal I wanted to keep ordering. She had major attitude and so did the guy in the background- as if I was wasting their time. I drove off & will not go back.
