Stopped in to pick up an order I placed in the mobile app. The place looked clean and the young man at the counter was very pleasant and had a smile on his face. I told him I was picking up a mobile order and that I needed to place an additional order. He took my order and then began bagging my mobile order. He kept my mobile order warning while waiting on my additional order. When leaving he thanked me and wished me a nice evening. Rarely see this type of courtesy anymore. I'll definitely order from here again.

Manager is extremely rude. Asked if they had something said Nope and hung up called back asked to speak to manager it was the same RUDE lady!! Do not recommend!! Needs new management!!!!!!

Be warned, i got the 2 piece fish and 6 piece shrimp dinner. As i was eating a piece of the fish I noticed the taste and texture wasn't the same as all the other times before. I thought maybe they gave me 2 pieces of their chicken. Never had their chicken so i wasn't sure what i was eating. I took the dinner plate with the fish back up to the employee to show him the pieces and I was told that they've changed the kind of fish that they normally use. He told me other customers complained about the same thing. With that being said i will not be back. I did not like the new flavor and texture. Not a smart move on behalf of Captain D's by not telling me there was a different type of fish or supplier.

Went there last night with neighbor we ordered a 5.99 meal mine was as ordered his was wrong order he told them as soon as they brought food they did nothing he went up to the poster and reread the menu and told them again he only got one piece of fish that wasn't the same kind he ordered they come looked at the receipt and took it away we were waiting for them to replace or refund never came back so he started eating it anyway we went back up to counter they wouldn't refund or replace I asked to speak with manager nothing I called the place twice no answer and voice mail not set up very sad way of doing business .

The absolute worst food I’ve had from captain d’s. The fish, chicken and hush puppies were all very overcooked. Tasted like it was cooked early and put back in grease when ordered. Disgusting. And, to make matters worse, they would not answer their phone to hear my complaint. I want my money back, all $69.30 worth.
I have never been to a Capt D’s and been treated so well! The person in the drive thru was EXCELLENT! Food was good too

First of all, there was a couple in Captain D’s trying to get a refund because they tried to swap out something in their order after it was brought out to them. They were saying their chicken tasted weird. The manager who was working up front, I don’t know her name, took their order and slammed it into the trash. They did get their refund, but it was just the way that she reacted that was very unprofessional and upsetting. Then, the entire time we were in there, she was horribly rude to everyone that came in to pick up their food. She would make smart remarks and just have the worst tone and attitude with everyone. Also, when we were in there, she was yelling at her staff and workers the entire time. Overall, this is probably one of the worst experiences that I’ve had at this Captain D’s. It has gotten worse over the years and their food just isn’t the same. I probably won’t be returning here unless something changes.

Baked potatoe brown inside, got a replacement still brown indicates potatoes are old and was reheated. Just make fresh baked potatoes and stop reusing those old potatoes. Thanks. Bye.

Went in on 11/9 and was greeted immediately.The young lady taking the order was extremely helpful and friendly. After we received our food this same young lady went around and made sure everything was okay. Service was A++++ and the food was good as well.
