Went in on 11/9 and was greeted immediately.The young lady taking the order was extremely helpful and friendly. After we received our food this same young lady went around and made sure everything was okay. Service was A++++ and the food was good as well.

I am so impressed with the service, the cleanliness of the restaurant and the accuracy of my orders. It doesn't even smell like food when you walk in, that's how clean it is. Every employee I've come into contact with has been extremely friendly, they go through each item of your order to make sure it's accurate before letting you leave the store!

I ordered a Whiting fish meal @ 1:05 pm. I was given a place card number and instructed to pull onto Captains D's parking spot and a staff member would bring out my meal to go when ready. There were 2 cars already parked waiting for their meals. A staff member came out and delivered these to customers. 3 more cars parked and received their meals. I asked about mine and was told they didn't have mine yet. At 1:40 pm I asked where the meal was and was told she didn't have it. I pulled around to drive through waiting in line again and when I reached I told staff person I wanted a refund @1:47 pm. When I reached the window the person told the person in the kitchen area I hadn't received my order. The person in the kitchen area stated SHE HAD FILLED THAT ORDER A LONG TIME AGO. IT IS NOW 1:56 PM. I ASKED FOR A REFUND BECAUSE I CERTAINLY WAS NOT TAKING THIS MEAL. I PUT ON MY DEBIT CARD AND THE PERSON IN THE WINDOW WENT BACK AND FORTH WITH KITCHEN PERSON REGARDING IT WAS PUT ON A CARD. PERSON IN THE KITCHEN YELLED I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO TELL YOU TO WINDOW PERSON. SHE ALREADY HAD MY RECEIPT AND GAVE ME CASH BACK. THE MEAL WITH TAX CAME TO $11.68 THE STAFF PERSON GAVE ME BACK $10.68 SHORTING ME ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) BY THEN IT IS 2:01 PM AND I AM TOO EXHAUSTED TO ASK WHERE THE OTHER $1.00 WAS. THIS IS DEPLOYABLE AND DISGUSTING. I AM WRITING TO CORPORATE AS WELL BECAUSE THIS IS NOW ABOUT THE PRINCIPAL AND DISGUSTING BUSINESS PRACTICE OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT

Service was slow waited in the lobby for 20mins to place a order while being the only person in there. The manager was talking to one of the workers crazy cussing. I will say the cashier was nice. They need to hire more workers get a new manager. Hopefully it will change
