Charleys Cheesesteaks

Charley's is the best option in the foodcourt , but also it’s a really good meal. The cheesesteaks are fresh and tasty and gotta love the pickle on top. The service is also very quick and friendly. They have different specials each day so it’s quite busy during lunch but service is quick and it’s a really good sandwich. I will be back

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME WITHIN THE PAST 2 WEEKS THAT I'VE GONE TO CHARLIE'S. THE FIRST TIME I WENT I HAD THE CHICKEN BREAST BONELESS LOADED FRIES AND A DRINK. THE FIRST COUPLE PIECES OF CHICKEN WERE OLD AND THE REST WERE FRESH. TODAY MY DAUGHTER WENT BACK AND ORDERED A CHICKEN BONELESS COMBINATION WITH LOADED OF FRIES AND DRINK. I ASKED HER WHERE WAS YOUR CHICKEN AND SHE SAID SHE THREW IT OUT BECAUSE IT WAS OLD. I WISH I WOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT BEFORE SHE CAME HOME BECAUSE I WOULD HAVE TAKEN THAT STUFF BACK AND DEMANDED A REFUND. THIS IS RIDICULOUS BELIEVE ME I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE TOMORROW.

I had ordered my food Togo for me and my boyfriend and the chick at the register didn’t repeat my order back at all my sandwich was all wrong! Maybe if she wasn’t worried about the boys behind me she could’ve got my order right also told her I wanted 2 regular fries and she charged me for a large. Loved this place years ago but definitely needs better management and staff. I would probably get better service at McDonald’s
