I had ordered my food Togo for me and my boyfriend and the chick at the register didn’t repeat my order back at all my sandwich was all wrong! Maybe if she wasn’t worried about the boys behind me she could’ve got my order right also told her I wanted 2 regular fries and she charged me for a large. Loved this place years ago but definitely needs better management and staff. I would probably get better service at McDonald’s

I love that there is a kiosk here so you can put in your own order and bypass the line of people waiting for the cashier. My order is always correct when they call out my order. Food tastes good, but for the price I wish the portions were bigger. This is not really the fault of Charley's because they are in a mall, but the tables are always dirty and sticky.

Staff was rude. Manager was too busy to deal with me. Her assistant laughed at me. They called security on me…I guess all 9 of them were all scared. Won’t go back…that’s ok because Takoz and the bento box at the Japanese place are 10x better anyway…and they are all nice.

When waiting for my food, the cash register lady said “Hello! Your Foods Ready!” In a snarky attitude. As I went up to get it, she was laughing at me and she turned to her coworker and he was laughing. Dad went up to them and said “You think this is funny!” He got the manager and laughed at dad. Dad called corporate and made a complaint. Very disrespectful, NEVER AGAIN!

Super rude service!! Cashier literally lied straight to my face about closing at 7:50pm after I had been standing at the counter for a few minutes simply being ignored with her back turned to me purposely. Then she finally turns around after I say “excuse me, Ma’am,” I’d like a…cuts me off and says we’re close at 7:50pm. Customer service is so not what it used to be. I think people need to start holding these businesses accountable because this is pitiful and completely unacceptable!

My sandwich was tasty. My daughter had a buffalo chicken sandwich and she thought it was good as well! No complaints here

Parking: It's a mall so the parking lot is huge
