This location has really gone down within the last 6 months. I come through the drive thru just about every time and the last few times the customer has not been great. This specific time the lady who worked in the drive thru’s name was Gretta. She was very rude and not friendly at all.

This is still a good place to eat, especially for lunch, but the lines are starting to get longer and the food takes longer to come out. I don't know if they need a little bit more staff outside, but this is still one of my favorite places. Every once in awhile we all have to reset good place for friends and family. A lot of kids come here during prom and homecoming season. It's always packed. I think they do their best for the traffic to be so bad. On top of that they love the Lord and they're closed on Sunday LOL.

Dined in and they had forgotten one of our fries from our Oder my wife went up to let them know with our receipt. The lady that brought us the food told the person in the register that it’s wasn’t possible that all the food was there and then they proceeded to tell my wife that they would bring out the fries to us. Waited about 10 minutes and nothing never got our fries. Lady’s just kept on rolling their eyes at my wife.

Slowest, most inefficient Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. Sat at the window waiting only on a 3 piece strip order while 6 cars behind me got their food first and drove around me. The drive through is the worst. Don’t expect to get through it quick. Almost faster to drive to the Greenmount Chick-fil-A and order…. This slow service has happened every time, regardless of what I order. I refuse to ever go back.
