Slowest, most inefficient Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. Sat at the window waiting only on a 3 piece strip order while 6 cars behind me got their food first and drove around me. The drive through is the worst. Don’t expect to get through it quick. Almost faster to drive to the Greenmount Chick-fil-A and order…. This slow service has happened every time, regardless of what I order. I refuse to ever go back.

We waited for 25mins in the curbside pick up. We ordered a frosted lemonade and two waters. I sent my husband inside to check on things and they claimed they were looking for a different kind of vehicle than what was on the ticket. The lemonade was melted and disappointing! I'll never do curbside pick up again there.

The usual top-notch, superb and expected Chick-fil-a service, but Roland was quite the kind gent! He interacted with everyone he encountered or walked by inside the restaurant. He also kept up with cleanliness all-around and simply made the dine-in experience all the better. Thank you sir 🤘
I went through the drive thru & the girl that took my order didn't seem happy to be there. I informed her that one of my orders has food allergies. When I pulled around, I informed them that I didn't think the food allergy note was added to the order. Grey shirt Kaitlyn went above & beyond when she didn't see the allergy on the order. She had the order remade & packaged it herself. You can tell she takes pride in what she does. I really appreciate her diligence.

It's so funny how they make their workers work out side to take your order. When yhe is clearly TWO order menu out side to order from. They make it so hard to order food all ready now let's add 30 cones in the drive so let's put more people out side. Still one kitchen and one window and 1 server. It doesn't make sense my pleasure
