Great service. Fast, friendly, and professional. Placed looked great. Everyone seemed to be getting things done. Seems the whole staff was doing great. The food was great. I was having a mediocre day and really needed friendly professional atmosphere. They delivered that.

Their to-go service isn't the best. Waitresses with attitude. And that 18% tip is ridiculous if the service isn't great. I barely wanted to leave . 50! Do your job without scuffing or don't do it at all!

Walked in at 5:15 with 3, sat us and never came over after 20 minutes we left all while 5 employees stand around and did nothing. There were maybe 5 tables sat tops. There’s a reason this place has 2.5 stars. Even called to speak with manager and was on hold 10 min.

This will probably be the last time I order. There is always something missing when I order delivery. This time the drinks were missing. Last time, something was missing and the food was bad. The steak was old and tough. Looked like it was reheated. Also, all of the other food was cold and just looked unappealing. I get delivery all the time and have never had food come to my home like that before. That was several months ago so I decided to try again last night and again there is a problem. Takeout is too expensive to waste on bad food and items always missing from your order.

Went to chillies on North IL St and had a terrible experience. Placed a to-go order and was overcharged for my meal. To top things off, my chicken order was shorted by 4 pieces and no fries. I called in for rectification and the manager said I was lying but he could provide a refund for $5.00. I disagreed. I just want the fries and 4 pieces of chicken I paid for. The manager then told me "it's no such thing, we don't have a meal with chicken and fries." I couldn't believe this as this is the meal I order every time I come to chillies. I explained that I would be furious if I had to go back to chillies and not receive my food. He then replied with "you will not be anything because you won't receive anything".... I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I drove back to chillies to be addresed by a super nice guy who gave me 5 wings and fries. The guy who was on the phone never appeared. I assumed he was the heavy-set guy that kept peeking from the back in the shadows. Just happy the situation was rectified without any drama. I will never eat at this one again which is sad because this Chillies is convenient to my home.

Had the worst experience here last night. Our family wanted to have dinner together before my aunt, uncle, and cousin had to go back home. They were visiting us from out of state. Shortly after we were seated, my aunt ordered a margarita, and shortly after she ordered, the manager came up to our table and said they unfortunately will not be serving her because they have reason to believe she was intoxicated. My aunt was sober. She hadn’t had anything to drink the entire day. We hadn’t even been seated for more than 5 minutes so this took us all by surprise. We all quickly jumped to reassure the manager saying “oh no, she hasn’t been drinking we have all been with her all day, she has disabilities!” Which was the honest truth! My whole family felt super uncomfortable because of the way the staff handled it. The manager said because of one employees judgement that my aunt couldn’t be served. I get you have the right to turn away service, but I don’t get where the line between discrimination vs rightful denial of service. My aunt is naturally bubbly and silly but she also has had several injuries due to working in construction and falling 16 feet off a ladder onto the concrete while on the job a few years ago. She has been disabled since. What upset us was no amount of reassuring them they not only didn’t believe us but they were all making rude comments and rolling their eyes and smiling at each other in the back. My husband even overheard a waitress saying to the table by us “did you guys enjoy the show? That lady was definitely drunk and she was saying she wasn’t “ etc basically gossiping about our incident. My husband said to the waitress “actually she hasn’t had anything to drink at all” and the waitress said “yeah right whatever”. My aunt told the manager she was going to call corporate to complain of the rude comments and them accusing her of being drunk and a liar. The manager said “oh I already reported it” with an attitude. Then she asked for the corporate number and the manager said “you can look it up online I’m not giving you that.” She even asked if she could call the cops and have them breathalyze her just to prove she was being honest and they just laughed at her. It was just the disrespect behind the accusations that we couldn’t get behind. We all felt so embarrassed being there after that because we felt genuinely harassed and offended. Again I understand the right to refuse service but it was the way they treated her and us. Claiming we were all lying when we most definitely weren’t. Maybe this will teach them that some people have disabilities and just want to have a margarita with their family on their last day of vacation. And you shouldn’t just assume someone is intoxicated from a 5 second interaction.

I was discriminated against because I'm disabled. My family and I (group of 10) visited the Fairview Heights Chili's and I proceeded to place my drink order. A few minutes later, the manager comes to the table to inform me that they would not be serving me an alcoholic beverage. She stated that she received a report that I was intoxicated and had slurred speech. My family spoke up in my defense because we had all been together that day and none of us had been drinking, they further explained to the manager (Chrissy) that I am disabled in my feet (had two broken feet from a fall at work that cause me to walk funny due to pain) and have a speech impediment and that is why I have a, what the manager called, "slurred speach". The manager stated that Pritzker has given them the ability to decide if someone should not be served alcohol. Also, we could hear and see staff discussing the situation in an unprofessional manner with not only other staff but also other customers which made the situation very uncomfortable for all of us. We had three children under 5 in our party of 10 and had come out on a rainy night and within 15 minutes we were loading back up to go to a friendlier restaurant. We will be contacting coorporate and the GM. I believe that an update to Chili's policies should be made so that a manager is required to validate whether a person has actually been drinking before they can refuse service, my family even discussed having the police come and do a breathalyzer to prove my innocence. I have never been so mistreated, humiliated and embarrassed in all my life. I will never see the inside of another Chili's again.
The service here was horrifying. The waitress came and took our order and then never came back. We ordered a margarita. The server assistants brought our food but the server was nowhere to be found. We ate the meal but still never received the margarita. I stopped the waitress as she was walking by and asked about it. She said sorry she forgot. She went and got it and brought it back but even that was the wrong margarita. I also asked fir more iced tea. She never came back with that either. We were finally like whatever and paid our bill then left. The waitress or Manager never came back to apologize or anything. It's like she didn't even care. Horrible experience. Probably won't be back.

We came for the new mozzarella sticks only to find out they were out, we understood being the hit of them from tic tok. Now, the service we received in my opinion wasn't the best. We ordered drinks and an appetizer. Now they were not all that busy but our appetizer showed up before our drinks. I ordered a tea and 20 mins later it still hadn't showed up. All around it wasn't a good experience.
