The food was good. Our waitress was not as good as others around us. She barely showed up and I’m almost certain we were her only table. The place was very busy. Our salads came quick but our actual meals took a while but was fresh and hot. Food runners brought out our food so the only time we seen our waitress was when she brought out refills for the sodas but not even asking for the lemonade refill. If you see an empty mug it probably needs a refill. All in all I highly suggest this place and will be back soon. We didn’t have a wait but upon leaving there were at least 3 groups waiting outside. Which was probably the kitchens fault for taking so long to get our food out but like I said they were busy.

We were texted by Chili's that our take-out order was ready but when we got there, they didn't have our order. It was 30 minutes later when we finally recieved. Delayed orders I understand but you told us it was ready when it wasn't...

My server Devan was the super. She was very personal and has made me want to come back. She was quick and explained all the lunch specials. I wish all servers were as caring as her.
I will recommend this location to all my friends and family.

The waiters brought out four cups of water, but the water did not taste right. I asked to speak with the manager and informed him about the situation. I also inquired if he had received any complaints about the water, to which he responded that he had not. I wondered if they were used to this issue over in O'Fallon, Illinois.

Brought a wrong meal, took it back. Then waited for correct meal. Received correct meal, but was charged for 2 meals.

Man I was so excited to go get eat some Chili's and get the triple dipper but when I get there first thing someone asks me how old I am. I get seated then another waiter comes over to me with a flower and note from some other girls across the restaurant. I get my triple dipper with the Nashville mozzarella sticks but when I get them my whole meals ruined by getting hit on. I take the food to go but it does not heat up well. 2 stars

This was only my second time visiting Chili’s, and I’m so glad I gave it another chance because Patricia completely changed my experience for the better. During my first visit, I accidentally left my wallet behind. That visit wasn’t great the waitress I had seemed rushed and didn’t really take time to make the experience feel welcoming. I left disappointed, and later realized my wallet was missing. I called the next day and was told it had been found, and that I could come back in to pick it up. So I decided to dine in again and give it another shot. When I arrived, I let the host know I was there for my wallet, and they said the male manager would be notified. After a while, someone came and told me my wallet was no longer there. I was confused and stressed since I’d been told it was there just hours earlier. The manager didn’t come out to speak to me. He seemed to be focused on the kitchen most of the time and I was eventually told I’d have to come back the next day to speak to someone else. That’s when Patricia stepped in and truly became the hero of the night. Once she noticed I was still sitting there 20 minutes after finishing my meal, she realized something wasn’t right. Without hesitation, she approached the male manager directly and pushed to get real answers. She then took it upon herself to call the other manager, follow up on the situation, and locate the wallet herself. And guess what? My wallet was there the entire time, right out in plain sight. Patricia went way above and beyond when she didn’t have to. She showed genuine care, took initiative, and treated me like a person not just a customer. If you’re going to this Chili’s, ask for Patricia. She’s the kind of person who turns a stressful situation into a positive, unforgettable experience. She’s the reason I’ll actually look forward to coming back. 💛
