My food was cold and ion like how they wait to give my food till everybody else food ready my table food cold

We took advantage of the $10.99 3 course meal. The entrees were piping hot and scrumptious! It was so filling, we both had to take home 1/2 of the delicious burgers for a second meal at home! Steven in the kitchen did a great presentation of our meal. Our server Jackie was very attentive with a very bubbly upbeat personality. We noticed Sharina the manager checked on each table of guests. The tables and the floors were spotless. We will definitely come back soon. It’s the best meal deal anywhere. Ron & Laurel

Chili's seems to have actually improved the quality of their menu over the years, which isn't something you often see. Our last several trips have been excellent from a food perspective. They do however still have irregular service; some days the servers are excellent and others they are either overwhelmed or occasionally just seemingly not on the dining floor.
Overall, actually pretty high up on our list of chain restaurants.

Just ate here for lunch with my mom. Our server was Mattie, who was absolutely amazing! Food was delicious, and service was fast even with the restaurant being very busy! We were very happy with our lunch experience today :)

Service was great and very efficient. The food was great. They have great burger meal deals for $10.99-soup or salad, drink, burger & fries. I especially like that you can substitute a blk bean burger for a hamburger without an upcharge.

I’ve never had a bad experience at this location. Anytime there was an issue, they were quick to fix it without and problems. The food has always been good and has not lost quality EVER! TRIPLE DIPPER FOR THE WIN!

Hadn’t been to Chili’s in probably 15 years, I was missing out! The brisket quesadilla was outstanding, absolutely delicious and filling for a big guy who eats a lot. Our server was very pleasant and attentive, we were pleased with our meals. Other party had surf n turf that she enjoyed and I tried her steak and it was perfectly cooked and delicious. A+. I’ll be back again soon…

Went back again and had the Southwest egg rolls, also delicious.

We were a party of 4 dining in. There was 1 order of chicken bacon ranch quesadillas, 1 order of 16pc boneless wings, 1 order of 4pc chicken crisper meal, and 1 order of a cup of soup. I ordered the 4pc chicken crispers meal. The chicken strips were so overcooked I could harldy bite into them. The mac and cheese was so undercooked that the noodles were hard and the cheese was basically milk. The fries were underseasoned and cold. My son ordered the 16 pc boneless wings and they were cold and looked no better than what you could get from a Tyson bag. We explained the problem and requested a discount because we were not going to stay around to wait for anything to be refired as we had places to be soon. All they gave us was the military discount which is what we already were going to get because we were military. At this point, we were so annoyed and HAD to leave that we just paid and left. I would never recommend this location and I will not be returning. It was disgusting and insulting.
