There were empty tables everywhere. And we had a 6 deep wait for seating. Got a drink at the bar, and 30 mins later, we were called for our table. The bartender chased us down because they can't switch the bar tab to your table. So paint him and tip. Took 20 mins to get our order taken. Tables all over the place needed bused and verbal concerns from wait staff as to whom was going to get a next seating. The food is what you would expect from a chain like this. Nothing over the top. Just like being at someone's house for the first time and finding out how they live. Just needed cleaned top to bottom.

It was horrible. I ordered a ribeye steak well done, no pink. It came out pink anyway. I sent it back and waited almost 20 minutes only to receive the same steak with cold mashed potatoes and grilled shrimp. The server was nice but after working with a classroom full of 2nd graders, no one wants to wait over 45 minutes only to receive a meal that's unexceptionable.

Good food. Service was good except the waitress was somewhat condescending calling us old folks "girls".
We did pick up. The ribs were over cooked to the point that they were dry and black. One of our orders had wrong sides. The pastas were dry needed more sauce. They put the garlic beard on top of it so they were overly soggy.
The Fairview height's location was a terrible place to work. The female manager is such a narcissist She's unprofessional and holds grudges. Shall say hi to everybody in the room except you if she's mad at you.
