The employees working on 8/10/25 @ 2:15 pm did not give the food you deserve or it was because of who I was.
They were not giving full spoons of meat or beans etc. Very displeased with the service I received.

This is my first time coming back to this location since 2022 after seeing a roach on the table. I typically make the drive to edwardsville because the service and cleanliness is way better. Plus you get what you pay for.

I read the reviews from this location and was kind of expecting to be disappointed, but I was hoping for the best. Of course I was right to begin with.

The portions on this bowl is insane. Barely any rice or beans. My boyfriend spent $3 for guac and it was barely any on his bowl.

When he went to pickup the order , one of the associate gave him an attitude because he wanted vinaigrette with his bowl and on the doordash app it don’t let you add it. Then , there’s a worker in there saying she feels like working at Chipotle is slavery work and if they fired her she would not care.

Seems like this chipotle location needs to hire more people who actually want to work and care about customer service because all the reviews on here is saying the same thing.

If you can , just drive to edwardsville it will be worth it.

Pretty much the same food as Qdoba, but more expensive, so why go back? Burrito was probably 50% smaller than Qdoba as well

The restaurant wasn't clean, the people weren't very nice and the food was off--not the right portions of meat versus rice versus toppings. I usually like chipotle and was disappointed by this location. Will not return to this location.

I haven't ever eaten at Chipotle until this day. YUK!!! I do like the food or the look of the restaurant. It's no comparison to Qdoba, which is a Tex-Mex favorite of mine.

Always filthy, employees are always rude and act like you’re killing them by ordering. Terrible attitude, cuss like crazy when families are there. The food making area is disgusting, tables never wiped off, trash always full. Gave this location so many chances, never again!

This is hands down one of the worst restaurants you can go to in the st. Claire county area. The service is horrendous. I'm literally waiting for them to open the doors to get my online order that was supposed to be ready 20 mins ago.ledit 7/10/25the store has to be under new management because it's a complete 180°. Food is on time and service is great. Whom ever is running this store deserves a raise
