Chipotle Mexican Grill

Guy was giving small portions to everyone. Had to pay for an additional scoop of chicken. On saving grace was Filese who checked me out

I visit this place practically every evening. Really nice to see management making sure the food has the right temperature and the food consistently tastes outstanding! Always a place you can trust, you will not go home hungry. Thank you so much!

Loved it u definitely are not hungry when u leave there. The workers was super nice.

Staff takes their break in front of everyone by the fountain drinks, eating and on their phones while the store is very busy.

The restaurant was absolutely filthy. The servers were laughing loudly and playing around while preparing guest food. The counter tops were messy food droppings everywhere. Guest food was set on top of the mess. I why it is said to be one of the dirtiest chains in America

I just picked up my order from chipotle as I was eating I think I must’ve taken about 10 bites on probably the 11th bite. I end up chewing something that look like plastic is very hard and I don’t know what it is. I just lost my appetite no more chipotle for me. This is bad.

Chipotle is always a vibe! Good food.

While I was in line, I saw the cook behind the burners taste the chicken with her hand prior to serving. She failed to change her gloves after and continued on with her job. The girl in the meal prep line was appalled as well- nobody said a word to her. Overall the line was unorganized & all over the place. Love Chipotle, but wouldn’t recommend this location.

VERY STINKY MEN RESTROOM,VERY DIRTY.

We always give this place one more chance but I think this was it for us. Got home, opened up food to eat and the rice was not cooked - hard and crispy. How can anyone mess up rice???? Every time we get food to go, we get home and then have messed up our order. I don't understand how there are 10 people behind the counter but orders get messed up, food is never ready and they act like they don't want to be there. I took two bites of my burrito bowl and threw the rest away. Woke up at 4am sick as a dog running to bathroom for HOURS. You've lost us for good. We will go to QDOBAS or Crazy Bowls.

I went to chipotle today because I wanted a nice fat burrito.I get home with my order and start eating and the rice was not cooked all the way.I had to throw it away,what a waste of money. Do better Chipotle!!!

Chipotle in Fairview Heights IL is awful!!! They get our orders wrong every time we order! We order for pick up—CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE YOU LEAVE BECAUSE THEY NEVER PACK ALL OF YOUR ITEMS AND ITS EXPENSIVE!! chips have been stale, not been fresh lately either. Very disappointing. We are getting robbed from them. They won’t refund your money either, they just make you take time to do an email report and then give you dumb chipotle bucks or something— I never want to go back here!!!
