It’s because of these people view in these photograph my grandson don’t want to have anything to do with Chuck E. Cheese anymore now isn’t Chuck E. Cheese supposed to be for the children and liked by the children? Well, tell me why the negative unprofessional ugly attitude these workers at Chuck E. Cheese in Fairview Heights Illinois left my grandson not wanting to have anything else to do with Chuck E. Cheese. He have a membership but don’t want to use it anymore. This Fairview Heights, Illinois Chuck E. Cheese have a new bounce house obstacle course but I want you to be aware they sell you for $15 all you can enjoy however after 32 minutes they pull the person watching the children for break and said he will be back in 20 minutes well he came back from break in 20 minutes and did everything except return to the trampoline zone. He’s the guy in the photo. 20 minutes at 7:58 turn into not coming back before 10 o’clock closing. I asked for a refund and that was just for one person all the other poor children lost their jump time money and whatever enjoyment they thought they was gonna get. My seven year old grandson said this is a scam. I agree totally. At first I was told I couldn’t get a refund because he jumped 32 minutes. The manager wouldn’t even come out to speak to me. That’s the person in the black uniform in the photo. then tried to cover up when she realized I was taking her photo with her sassy mouth when she decided to speak. Do you want in the red was being everyone at Chuck E. Cheese mouthpiece with her nasty attitude when she learned I was taking a photo she wanted to pose for hers so here she is. The general manager finally decided to come from the back to address what’s going on in her place of business and reluctantly gave me a refund for the scam of a business that they are running with the trampoline scam. Chuck E. Cheese in Fairview Heights, Illinois need to get some professional workers that care about how they treat people, especially in the eyes of little children.

What you would expect. The food always takes insanely long though

The staff we encountered were so nice. But everything was so slow! The line to get in, getting our pizza and getting our prizes. It all took forever! There is a good selection of games, and the facility was clean. I was shocked that they had moved the podium when you first walk in, where you're usually required to stop and get stamped. There was nothing stopping anyone from walking off with a child!

Had our daughters 5th bday celebration here, we got a table/pizza/6 cards for the kiddos that included an all-star bday pass one. Some pizza, cakes, sampler platters. Overall amazing experience and had a wonderful time, all the kids loved the dancing, prizes and food. My daughter loved the ticket tornado for her bday as well thanks so much!

Best place to eat and obviously the greatest place to just let your kids/toddler run around and play the games and just let them enjoy their self and absolutely no worries of your child being able to just walk out or someone else taking your child out they always making sure that the parents literally match their children stamps that they have to put on each family and child as they place their order love it always caring about their own and their customers safety at all times very well taken care of an great employees

The salad bar selection has gone waaaaay. They do not stamp children hands anymore. Doors just swing open like a saloon. Not safe for children to be left alone while playing the games. Can walk right out. Must keep your head on a swivel at all times.

Workers were hanging out in the back neglecting their duties constantly. Food took forever due to that.

Alyssa was such a joy to work with. She made sure our children had the most pleasant experience all while giving the adults the most positive caring energy. Thank you for making our experience so sweet Alyssa!

I have loved Chuck E. Cheese since I was a kid. I take my grandchildren there often and they enjoy themselves thoroughly. I don’t usually order food there, but I did this time. I got salad bar and a medium pizza for my daughter and my two year-old granddaughter and myself to share. The pizza was great! But the salad bar wasn’t and it was pricey. Other than that, I cannot complain.

From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with smiles and good vibes. Chuck E was the best we have ever had the pleasure of meeting!

Commenting from my own experience, the service there is horrible. If you ever ask them a question about something, they act as if you are bothering them. There was only one nice young man there. It definitely is not as happy or great for birthday parties as they use to be.

The place was filthy the service atrocious. We paid for our food and $12 for our kid to play on the trampoline it was locked up but when we finally found someone to open it after 30 minutes they let 5 kids that came in after us in first and said she'd have to wait only 5 kids at a time allowed. Then 2 minutes later they let another little girl in making it 6 kids in there. My child was upset and wouldn't eat so we left now I'm thourally ticked off because we didn't think to get our money refunded. WE WILL NEVER EVER GO TO CHUCKY CHEESE AGAIN NOT EVER.
