Haven't been to a Chuck E Cheese in about 20 years, but I was impressed with this location. Pizza was OK (def better than used to be). Kids had a great time, so a win in my book.
Give Dawn a raise! Her and a young lady with glasses were both extremely helpful and professional in assisting us with redeeming our bronze pass this evening. We have had several birthday parties through the years, and always an excellent experience with professional staff who go above and beyond at the Fairview Heights location. FYI when you have a birthday party, you only have 7 days to redeem the pass via the app. If you redeem it in store, you cannot use it on the app. That was my experience today, and even though we did not understand each other at first, they were able to help us get it resolved. Will be coming back here frequently and giving referrals to colleagues! Five stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
My kids enjoyed them self.
Just not it, most games are not working
We love this Chuck E. Cheese!! Come at least 2x a month & love the time play-pass for our 5yo. Still has the greatest pizza and AMAZING STAFF (Shoutout to Dawn - the absolute best)!!
I had a great time manager was great helped us very much. Everyone had a great time bounced there way to sleep played so hard seen chucky a few times it was great
We have a membership here and it has steadily gotten worse with every visit. Long wait lines, employees that are not very kid friendly, $15 for trampoline jumping, but no employees want to stand there and monitor it, so they close it minutes after you pay for your child to enter it. This time, there were several and I mean several arcades not working and they still take your game points even though they are broken. The line and waiting takes forever and makes it hard to get refunded for points and we used over $20 just on broken games. Very disappointing! They had more broken ones than they had working!
Chuck E Cheese🍕
Place is awful, over price shitty games that only last for 30 seconds and you’re done. Half the games don’t even work.
Alot of games was out of service is my only problem

Staff wasn’t pleasant, and they closed the kitchen an hour early. All I wanted was some fries for my daughter.
My son loves this place but some of the workers attitudes are deplorable. How can you work customer service especially dealing with children and have a attitude everyday all day it's. Sad yes life can get you down but all time, time? You don't have any joy? If you have been here you may know the young lady. She has no compassion, no customer service skills and a attitude that is best for working in the sanitary department because it staaaaannnnnkkkkssss!!!!.
We had a doctor appointment with tough news and stopped here for some fun after a hard day. I’m so glad we did. The staff was great and we had a blast! Thank you for making a tough day so much better:)
Only gave two stars because the building is very clean and the games were all working. I would have given five stars because a young adult gentlemen came out and danced as well which was awesome and he was was kind and a pleasure to speak to. His favorite number is 7 and 10 but I didn’t catch his name. I never leave bad reviews we always try to give places a second chance but this was that time. The person working at the front counter “manager” unsure if she was; had a bad attitude from the moment my husband started speaking to her. We have a disabled son with nonverbal autism and he tried explaining that he was only going to go in the $15.99 trampoline and touch each square and go down the slides one time. We were not asking to not pay but explaining he may not wear a wrist band or wear the socks. She then with a heavy attitude in her voice tone and words said he would not be able to go in if he couldn’t do all the rules and explained them with an attitude. We paid and bought the socks. She said “does he need a small or medium” without me seeing the socks I said he’s a size 4 in kids and she rolled her eyes and said “I said small or medium” very hateful. I smiled and said medium once she showed them to me. We encounter people like this all the time having a disabled child having to advocate non stop but I think she just didn’t like us for no reason. Not sure honestly my husband and I are a military family who have lived everywhere with many friends and are very kind in nature so it was confusing. My son LOVES Chuckie cheese and he doesn’t even play the games he just likes sitting on each ride on. He’s ten years old and eventually he will be too big to do that. It’s sad that we may never go back just because of one employee. It’s next to Sky Zone where we go every day and where the people are so inclusive lovely and kind. Maybe that worker should spend a day at Sky Zone and learn how to treat people but after seeing the comments just now I’m afraid this was not just a one off thing. Unfortunate.
I wanted to give a great big shout out to KaeLynne, Alyssa G., Alyssa S., and Jason. My daughter had her 5th birthday party there and it went as smooth as butter! Big compliments to our party hosts. They were AMAZING! All the attendees and parents were blown away and the party executed above our expectations. I will highly recommend parties at the Fairview Heights, IL Chuck E. Cheese based on our experience!
