First time taking my 3 year old here and I was skeptical because this franchise has gone downhill over the years. We ended up being the only ones there and my son had a blast. The workers either sat and ate the whole time or were sitting on milk crates behind the counter on their phones. I was clearly standing in their eyesight wanting for assistance and no one wanted to get up and help. 0 friendliness. It was almost like we were bothering them. We probably won't be back.

There is mold all over the walls! There was this yellow bunny guy that took my kid to the back of the store!! They were missing for hours! The food was GREAT! The gave us stuffed animals to eat and said Logan loves to eat stuffed animals!Vegetarian options: They give you a pepperoni pizza if you’re vegan!!Kid-friendliness: This purple man brings kids to the back room for a fun time! They usually come out crying that’s kinda of weird!

I arrived with my 4 grandkids.as a new customer so I wasn't familiar with the set up or deals.The staff didn't seem to know the answer to my questions. I tried finding out what would be the best deal that would fit for me ,they had zero suggestions.I asked about a birthday gift pack I saw online for a child,they knew nothing about it. I had to wander around and find out where the pizza was at when the beeper went off,figure out to get plates,cups with the kitchen staff only direction was "up there".The younger thinner African American girl working up front was literally taking up space. She literally YAWNED in a guys face when she was waiting on him and his little boy at the prize area.I heard him say "Wow! I have more energy than you and you are much younger than me!" The staff seemed to be busy chatting with each other and not eager to engage with guests.The kids had fun with games ,but it didn't take long to run out of points, so by this time I was frustrated feeling unassisted, we left.

We've been to this Chuck E Cheese multiple times, but they've recently remodeled a bit and I really like the changes. They now have the littlest kid games sectioned off differently and have installed a little trampoline park type area with it. Today when we were there, all the games we played were functioning properly (an issue at arcades these days), the staff was friendly, and they had a salad bar, that although we weren't eating there this time, actually looked like a really good food option for adults, since we all know only kids enjoy the pizza here.

i spent over 200$ today when it was time to check out there was a party of about 15 kids. i asked if i could be assisted as i had only 1 card to check before my uber arrived in 5 minutes, i was told no. i spoke to the manager that ate his pizza and shook his head that there was nothing he could do. meanwhile about 4 additional staff members were available that could have assisted me. my child with autism left chuck e. cheese crying and would not stop the entire ride home since i promised him prizes! terrible customer service. i was told i couldcome back anytime, well i don't have a car i am new to the area and i will never step foot in this chuck e. cheese ever again. my son is an avid chuck e. cheese fan we will not be going back! irresponsible and inconsiderate staff after i spent so much time and money on a random thursday ! i am disgusted and my child is highly disappointed!

The pizza was better than I remember. Kid had fun as usual. The only reason this is getting a four stars out of five stars is because of the price increase. I am aware the price of everything has gone up in America, thanks Biden, but I had one kid that I brought all we had was one large pizza two drinks and an hour play card for him to play games for an hour and it was over $80. This is ridiculous and I probably will not be back for a long time unfortunately.
Walked out haven't been in years took kids way over priced $65 for two pizzas and drink no game play included at all . we have 5 children insane not meant for families anymore. At least large family just to eat would been over $100 than game pass on top .we have a game / pizza place near us nowhere near price same thing pizza games and jump house. $15 pizza pitcher soda is $5 and $8 person unlimited bounce and video games win tickets. Sad

New chuck E. New games? Though that statement is true, not for the better. Foods still expectable for a chuck e cheese... but now there's alcohol, which I'd say is a risk over reward for them as an establishment. Also newer games but also fewer games. That mixed with kids unsupervised by parents on top of the games, I'd say let's find a real arcade.
