The folks who work here are always really nice. This store is about a mile and a half from our house. I can place an order through the app, drive over there, walk in and within about two minutes our order is ready. The pizza is still out of the oven hot when I get home. They are consistently reliable.

Placed order at 1105p. Got a notification that my delivery has arrived to my neighborhood at 1119p. My order didn't arrive until 1237a. I got a phone call from the delivery driver asking me if I still wanted my order, after that he still didn't show up for 30 minutes even though I live 7 minutes from the store. My food was cold, the driver was so high he dropped all my sauces behind my bushes next to my porch. Unacceptable

I never order food. I've lived here over 4 years & this is the 1st time. I got Domino's & I must say, it got here in about 20 minutes. It was steaming hot, they followed delivery directions & the driver was nice talking to me through the door♥️ I'm very impressed & definitely want to share that they were awesome!

The fact I spent $40 on two pizzas, one with cheese falling and not much on, raw Parmesan twists, lava cake, and cheese bread. I never come here, and when I do, this is why. Fairview Heights need new managers. Only thing good was the lava cake and cheese bread. Never experienced this at DOMINO'S...

This is my first time trying a Domino's pizza and also my first time trying the order online option. I liked that I could have different ingredients on each half of the pizza. I thought the base sauce was too spicy for my tastes. I would have preferred a marinara sauce. The personnel were very engaging. I was only in the store for 30 seconds so I can not evaluate the atmosphere.
