Whoever worked closing shift on 3/30/25 needs a raise or at least a bonus. I rolled through the drive through 5min before closing desperate for a coffee and food before a long drive ahead of me due to weather cancelations of flights. The gentleman was pleasant and very accommodating. Food and drinks were great!

I was wearing new, big, oversized sunglasses the first time I went to this Dunkin' (through the drive thru- not wearing sunglasses indoors) The way the staff treated me, I thought they thought I was a celebrity. Nope. They treated me like that the next time I came through too, sans incognito celeb sunglasses. And the next time. I've talked to some other folks about this location because the service and attitude was so over the top. They genuinely treat everyone like they're a long-lost friend or an A-list celebrity every time. Having a bad day? Go here. Order anything. The service will turn your day all the way around. Cannot praise their attitude and kindness and atmosphere higher. Truly exceptional service every time. 15/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone.

I LOVE coming to Dunkin’ now. Consistent, friendly, and great food and service. The new location off Frank Scott HWY is also good! I prefer Dunkin’ over Starbucks any day since the new owners took over.
