Waited in line for 2 hours with no way to get out. Never again
If the line looks long do not enter. 45+ minute wait.
The drive through is horrendous. So so slow and no way to get out! We were stuck for almost an hour with two toddlers in the car. They need to close, redo their drive through line or hire a ton more workers. Do not give this location your money!

Overall Love the coffee!! It’s really just this location… They’re extremely slow, (friendly yes) But another thing is there’s no way to exit if emergency. How is that even legal?!? Also i guess they don’t have someone to take orders past a certain time? (First time coming past 5pm) so you have to order at the window, causing extra time being wasted. Either add a speaker or have the workers work. The preorders also don’t work all the time which is another inconvenience. There is no need to spend over 40 minutes in a line for COFFEE. especially past 5pm.

45 minutes in a drive thru line for coffee is ridiculous. According to the other reviews on here, this is a common theme. Either serve your customers or close up shop. Left after paying because the wait was way too long.

No way it should take 30 minutes for a coffee. Drive through is absolutely terrible.
Poorly managed location. I waited an hour in line with no movement in the line up to the window. The way the drive-through merged did not allow people to leave either. In many cases, people were also cutting in front of each other. I finally gave up out of frustration and without my drink, which I paid for on the app. Customers should not have to wait in line for an hour without staff at least communicating with them.

Went here to get coffee and they never answered the speaker. I waited and never was responded too another car did the same thing instead of waiting they pull forward. Then 2 more cars approached. Unfortunately already out of place in line I went to the pulled forward to go to the walk up window. As I was passing the drive through window I slowed down to see why was happening she still never acknowledged me but being rather chatty with the first car that pulled up after not being responded to at the window. I realize that it was 2 ladies inside I waited a second and then I knocked aft the window after realizing she could see me but willingly decided to deliberately ignored me and left me I unacknowledged. I still tried to wait a second and still no response thy did everything in their power to not turn their hands and give any recognition. Thank goodness I don’t have to visit this location ever again. Terrible experience that definitely made me want to never patronize them again.

2 drinks shouldn't take around 30 minutes. They clearly prioritize drive through orders than through the window. It would've been nice not to wait outside for over 30 minutes in 19° weather for 2 drinks.

Please don’t waste your time coming to this place. Coffee was not worth the wait or the hassle. Parking is terrible. The drive-through line was over 30 minutes.

I wish I could give a zero star. This was absolutely horrible and will never be returning. The line was over an hour long despite only about 10 cars in front of us. Incredibly disappointing, people do not have the time in their day to waste hours on a coffee. Ridiculous.

Oh my goodness. This was absolutely ridiculous. We waited in line for over 2 hours. We couldn’t get out of line because of how that parking lot is set up. After the first hour we didn’t even want the drinks anymore we just wanted to leva but we couldn’t.
How is it that the workers don’t know their own menu either, both of our drinks were done wrong. We’ve had them before and they don’t taste the same. The last time was a different location, some company so they should have tasted the same.
I would have rather gone from the mall in Fairview heights all the way out to glen carbon, it would have taken less time. I have no desire to go back anytime soon.
I also understand that it’s cold, it’s January in the Midwest, but we could have this weather in March but some needed to be out there. Even one person for only a little bit of time and then switch but that line was all the way to the road, that’s not even safe.

Waited 1+ hour in the drive thru, currently typing this as I still haven’t gotten the chance to order. So much for drive thru coffee.
EDIT: ended up waiting 2 hours and 3 minutes. No offer for free drinks, no apology, terrible service
