I love Dutch bros and the coffee! Their Cocomo with banana bread soft top is amazing. The only thing negative I can say is that you’ll be waiting over an hour to get it. Since it is a new location, it makes sense for the amount of time. Sometimes they’ll have people outside taking your order, but for the last two times I went they did not. Thus, making the wait time longer. Overall, one of my favorite coffee places.
The drinks and customer service are both really good, but the wait time in the drive thru is awful. We have been waiting for over an hour and still haven’t gotten to order. Like other reviews have said, there is no escape once someone pulls in behind you. It would be great if there was a more efficient system or a way to exit if you realize you have been in line for too long.
Dutch bros coffee is my new absolute favorite coffee place. They use real express made to order, not the pre-made expresso/ coffe syrup mix. It really wakes you up and rejuvenates your soul.
