This location is poorly managed. The food always take 20+ min and the kid at the register has his AirPods in listening to music and barely talking. The fact that there are 8-10 people waiting on their food and one working is on the line is ridiculous. Management, step in and do your job.Food is good tho when it’s finally finished.

Three workers with no manager in site. Told it would be about 15 minute wait for our order. Been here for 15 minutes and still have 12 people ahead of me waiting for their orders

No tea, sodas tasted like seltzer water and to top it off, the young light skin guy with hazel eyes was making food then licking his fingers.

Ordered a meatball sub last night. On top of it not being good at all, there was some VERY small and VERY hard in on of the meatballs. Found it when I bit into it. I spit out the entire mouthful of food and threw the rest of the sub away right there, not knowing if it was a piece of glass or something.

The hot subs are a refreshing change of pace. Ask for sample of sauce to try on your sub. Samples available on the side. Be sure to join the rewards program. Parking can be troublesome at weekend mealtime and on holiday weekends.Parking: Parking can be difficult. If full, park in the lot for Total Wine, Marshalls, and Five Below.

It was my first time eating here! I ordered the turkey bacon ranch sub. My husband ordered the steak and cheese sub. Both were very good. The only thing is we ordered a small, and it felt like an appetizer to my husband ?. If you're hungry, get a medium or large for sure!

Great food, was still steaming after 20 mins eating. Very friendly staff. Only gave 4 stars instead of 5 for atmosphere as the dining room was pretty messy and they were not super busy so feel they could have cleaned that and the soda area. But that is a minor issue everything else was great!

This is a review of the newly released Thanksgiving sandwichI recently visited Firehouse Subs with high hopes of enjoying their Thanksgiving sandwich, but unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. I feel compelled to share my disappointment so that others are aware of what to expect.First and foremost, the sandwich lacked flavor. The ingredients seemed bland and uninspiring, failing to capture the essence of a delicious Thanksgiving meal. The turkey had a dull taste, and the overall combination of flavors felt underwhelming. It was far from the mouthwatering experience I had anticipated. Moreover, the ratio of mayonnaise to meat was completely imbalanced. I was shocked to find that there was an excessive amount of mayonnaise, overshadowing the already lackluster taste of the turkey. It felt like I was biting into a mayonnaise sandwich with a hint of Thanksgiving, rather than a well-crafted Thanksgiving sandwich. This imbalance made the sandwich heavy and unpleasant to eat.Given my disappointing experience, I strongly believe that Firehouse Subs should remove this particular Thanksgiving sandwich from their menu for tweaking and improvement. The current version simply does not live up to the expectations one would have for a holiday-inspired sandwich. If you are in search of an amazing Thanksgiving sandwich, I highly recommend trying Capriotti's instead. They have consistently delivered exceptional sandwiches, including their Thanksgiving creation, which is bursting with flavor and offers a truly satisfying experience.

A medium sized sandwich is still too small. Not worth the effort go go here. Good taste. 25 minute wait for 3 sandwiches. I'd prefer any other hot sub joint compared to this.

I've never experienced such slow service at Fire House Subs. It took about 40 minutes to get 3 subs. The lobby was full of other customers waiting. The soda machine and the chip rack needed to be refilled.
