The last two times I have visited Five guys in Fairview heights, Illinois. The hamburger werr tasteless, no seasoning, very bland. I went yesterday I was not satisfied and the fries wasn't hot as usual

I'll have to say I heard the place was overpriced for the food but the food is top tier and I've had in and out from Cali and it wasn't close to this way better in my opinion quality is there and the food is amazing id recommend the Cajun Fry's and if your gonna talk to anyone in the restaurant my man joe got you hope I'm not messing his name up but just amazing customer service so positive and they know how to take care of their customers will be back again ;)

The fries were very greasy and horrendously salty.
When you crave a burger and fries you cannot beat Five Guys! It’s like I fired up my own griddle and made it myself. Fresh and perfectly made. I had never been to this location and I was in the area. I am glad I stopped in for dinner because the service was perfect as was my burger with fries!
