First off, the cleanliness really stood out. The place was spotless—from the floors to the counters to the drink station. Even during a busy rush, everything was well-maintained and organized. You could tell the staff genuinely care about keeping the space looking good, and it made the whole visit feel even more comfortable and inviting.

The staff were super friendly, too. They greeted everyone with a smile and were happy to answer questions or help with anything....

Five Guys is super good, but crazy expensive now. They're currently offering a 12.99 combo, but without that, the *cheapest* you could do a meal is over $20 a person. There are many restaurants with comparable burgers for less, even in a table service setting.

I usually love Five Guys. However, they messed up our orders. Granted, are "party" had four adults and one tot (toddler). They put the wrong condiments or missing certain add ons on two of the three burgers we ordered. I think the lady on that day was new and was it was her first week there.

Overall though, the food was edible, but I gave it a three star because even though the burgers were nice, missing add ons on most of the burgers kind of damper...
