I went into the store to use the bathroom because I had to pee very badly. I asked and she said the bathroom/restaurant was for paying customers only. Because she said that, I expressed how I wanted a burger and fries only to be denied access once again. I am an African American woman I will add.

i ordered a waffle with fries and fresh fruit on the side on their website. got my food and the “fresh fruit” just happened to be canned strawberries sitting in fructose. never got my side of fries either got told i wold have to pay 4.99 dollars extra for it . then when i called them and asked for a refund they told me i had to go threw sky and get a refund but then when i got ahold of skytab they said the merchant has to give me a refund. they have to get their menu in order and not offer people sides and not give it to them. i will never order from here ever again

I tried placing a carry out order through the phone and asked for the philly cheesesteak skillet and the miserable lady on the phone didn’t know what I was talking about and i said “i don’t mean to question you cause you work here, but i’m looking at it right now on the menu, its a bowl that comes with hashbrowns” and she goes “yeah the skillet does” and so i’m like (in the nicest customer service voice ever) “yeah thats what i asked for, the philly cheesesteak skillet” and she just hung up on me??? i’m actually appalled by how rude that interaction was as someone who’s been serving for a couple years.. good luck getting your restaurant any business when you have a rude miserable lady hanging up the phone and not answering when i called back. I called back TWICE and got hung up on again the first time and she just let it ring the second. I’m not gonna bother calling again. I’m just going to take this to social media.

Walked in this morning only to be told there would be no service for 30 minutes. It was 10:15 am and they had been open for hours. From reading previous reviews I wondered if they might be having difficulty with their bug issue. I know they have updated their menu lately, but still charge more than what is listed on new menu. Will be a while before I go back, if at all
