I was excited to try Fusion. On this visit I tried the Indian cuisine. It was pretty good overall. Otgers had the cheeseburgers and both said they were really good. The server could not have been sweeter. However, we waited quite a while for them to take our order. Drinks didn't come until the meal was served. Asked for additional chips and never did receive them. I would not hesitate to go again. Hopefully they were just short handed on this visit.

We ordered something Indian, something Mexican, and Something American. Chicken Biryani was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Tender chicken and basmati rice that was texturally perfect. Samosa were very tasty with crispy outside and creamy seasoned potato inside. We also liked that we got 2 sauces to choose from. My dining partner got the Chicken Burrito and BBQ Chicken wings. Quaint place with lots of choices for Mexican food. But we went there to try out the Indian selection and we were definitely not disappointed. Everything tasted amazing and it was reasonably priced as well. Can’t wait to go back!!
