I have never eaten in here. I have only ever done take out. The staff is very nice and the food is quite good. The place seems clean and I have never witnessed empty food pans.

Kid-friendliness: They have a buffet line with items that kids love, like pizza, tenders, fries, and other assortment. They also have fresh fruit bar and a dessert bar.

Wheelchair accessibility: Everything is one level and easily accessible by wheelchair.

Great food with excellent service. Staff was very attentive. We stopped on a Sunday evening and there was a full seafood section on the buffet along with freshly rolled sushi. Great place to stop on the way home from St. Louis.

Clean and modern facility. Large assortment of prepared Chinese and traditional foods. Sushi was delicious and so were the desserts. Prices are based on the age of children. Seniors are discounted as well. The veggies in the dishes were fresh and thoughtfully prepared. Service was great considering the buffet style. Plates were removed quickly and often as necessary. I will go back again and again.

Kid-friendliness: They all found their favorite foods and ate well. Soft serve was fun. Cones and bowls available.

Well I haven’t been to gingers in months and the food was decent. My problem was when I went to check out the cashier/manager told me wait so he could let all the Caucasian people check out before me . I was the 2nd person in line and his excuse was (that they were all at one table ) but everyone was paying on a separate ticket . The fact he had skipped over me so he could let the people behind me check out SPOKE VOLUME. So yea that was my last meal there .

First time visit, food was Chinese Old Beijing style.

Public was mannered in this location.

Price was average for Asian buffet.

Cuisine taste decent, the fresh grill to order stir fry offered shrimp and scallops along with the basic meats; a variety of Asian vegetables and stir fry sauce oil added by the chef.

I had high hopes for Ginger Bistro, but unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. The ambiance was basic—nothing about the décor or vibe stood out, making it feel more like a run-of-the-mill spot than a unique dining destination.

The food was fine but far from memorable. The flavors were average, lacking the punch or creativity you’d expect from a place with “Bistro” in its name. It’s not that anything was bad, but nothing left a lasting impression either.

The biggest disappointment, though, was the state of the bathrooms. They smelled strongly of fresh pee, which was unpleasant and gave the impression of poor maintenance overall.

In short, Ginger Bistro is okay if you’re in the area and need a quick bite, but don’t expect anything extraordinary. There are probably better options nearby.

We enjoyed our visit to the Ginger buffet and Grill. We got to our booth quickly. The restaurant was exceptionally clean. All of the food seem to be very fresh and tasted really good. The restrooms were clean. This was a great place for us to stop, and we certainly were impressed by it as a whole.
