This experience was by far the worst, from beginning to the end, horrible. Waited 5 minutes just to be told to seat ourselves and someone would be with us. Limited seating because tables hadn’t been cleared or cleaned. Took almost a hour for a waitress to get to us, and no they weren’t that busy. Got our drinks, with no straws provided, but 2 of them still had food on the cups along with hair. Food was eventually brought to our table, it was cold, wasn’t made as ordered, or was completely wrong all together. Finally got the bill and was charged for things that weren’t ordered or had been sent back cause of a hair in the dish. Took 20min just to pay because our server was sitting down at a table eating with other customers. I left her with no tip 🤷🏼♀️ she’s lucky I didn’t walk out on the $121 bill. Along with learning they’re now a franchise, their menu has been reduced.

Went with group of 30+ adults and kids after baseball tournament. They were very accommodating and friendly. Took little while to get food but was understandable with party size and also accommodating to other customers. Food/service were good though and the girls were very tolerable with the amount of kids that were there. Thank you!

We ordered take out! The wait was a bit long. However the wings were bussing as my “9 year old says” . My children loved their sliders and tots. They also liked water being a drink option. We hadn’t had hooters in a while. We will def be back! A tip: Have take out and dine in wing specials.

I ordered online and still had to wait 15 minutes for my food. When I finally get it and go to my vehicle to eat something everything is cold. The fries and my chicken wings. So what was I waiting for if my food was already done. My first time ever eating at Hooters and it will be the last time. Very unsatisfied.

I recently took our entire team to Hooters, and we had an incredible experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was vibrant and inviting. The staff was not only friendly but also incredibly accommodating, making our large group feel right at home.
A special shoutout to Samantha Dang, who took care of us throughout our visit. Her attention to detail and positive energy made a huge difference. She was knowledgeable about the menu, helped us with recommendations, and ensured that our orders were perfect. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her customers!
The rest of the team members were equally impressive. They worked seamlessly together, making sure our drinks were filled and poured correctly. The beer and food was delicious, with our favorites being the classic wings and crispy pickels—everything was fresh and cooked to perfection!
Overall, it was a fantastic outing for our team, and I can’t thank Samantha and the entire staff enough for their exceptional service. If you’re looking for a fun spot with great food and wonderful service, Hooters is the place to go! We can’t wait to visit again!
