your seafood was cooking old nasty oil. and I was told when I complained that there are no refunds or exchanges or returns, that I got what I ordered. I ordered food that was edible like the menu pictures showed but that isn't what I got.... Never again.

The service just was not good. The food was great but the service was just not good. We asked for a drink menu twice and didn’t receive it. After ordering a beer and finishing it we had to walk up to the bar to get another one and our waitress was sitting on her phone. I was so upset. The bathrooms were disgusting. They smelled so bad and every toilet was gross.

The service was awful. Waited almost 40 mins to be seated. The woman that waited on us was probably the rudest person I've met in customer service. Constant rolling eyes. Snotty attitude. You get a dog bowl, with a plastic bag around it, and a trash can on your table to eat. The price is ridiculous for the mediocre food they serve. The floors and tables were sticky as well. Would not recommend.

The food and price for the food is great. Customer service on the other hand is not. They are rude and come to the table to give you drinks, take your order, drop your food, and give you the bill. Both times ive been here ive seen one table get a refill on their drinks because the servers dont come back to refill them. The sit in the corner of the restaurant laughing and doing side work.

Really fun to come here with a group! Messy but truly that is part of the experience! Menu is a little confusing at times but I find the servers are generally really helpful with explaining it. The food is good and depending on what you get, not too expensive for what it is.

We were worried about the reviews. We showed up on Friday night at 6. We were immediately sat down. The water didn’t taste great and they were out of angry orchard but the food came out fast, it was delicious, one special fed two of us and Areatha was great. Will come back.

Typically a good experience. When you order different spice levels and they still haven’t grasped the concept of how to identify the different levels. And the staff acts as if you are not smart enough to pull each bag out and look for an identifier…ad she says with a smile, well you can taste it!
Genius! My point was I’m sure I’m not the first to experience this, perhaps it is time to invest in a more efficient way of labeling the food as some people may have reasons for not getting spicy…even a little bit! So tasting is not always a great idea!

Waited 10 min at door to be seated i finally went to kitchen door and got someone. 15min later server came took drink order then took food order. Bring out food nice and hot very tasty. Never seen server again for drink refills. Seen her standing on her phone. Tried to get her attention to get more drinks. No luck another server went by she got us refills. Our server came and gave us the bill. Train your servers how be be servers. They would make a killing in tips.no service no tip.
For 2 people we had to wait 45 mins and they were not busy. Then the food was not season good at all. I ask for the utensil to crack the crab. They gave us one, I ask for another one for my daughter and they said one per table. This is not the best place to go.

Went here today as soon as they opened at 11 and ordered a bag with snow crab legs and all 3 of my claws tasted like ammonia which indicates that they were spoiled. I called them and they said that I had to bring them back up there to get my order replaced. I will never eat here again!
