I come hear every Friday or Saturday to eat and most of the time it's good but this time me and another driver waited 10 minutes before anyone even came to our table to greet us then she walked away and never came back we didn't get any drinks so we walked out after 20 minutes been and they wasn't busy bad management there

your seafood was cooking old nasty oil. and I was told when I complained that there are no refunds or exchanges or returns, that I got what I ordered. I ordered food that was edible like the menu pictures showed but that isn't what I got.... Never again.

I do not recommend Crafty crab Fairview heights IL. I have been to several locations in different states and this is by far is the worst. Customer service and food not good. Manager was very rude.

Their seafood boils are delish! I had crab legs, a lobster tail, shrimp, corn, and potatoes. The service was slow but the food and atmosphere made up for it!

The service just was not good. The food was great but the service was just not good. We asked for a drink menu twice and didn’t receive it. After ordering a beer and finishing it we had to walk up to the bar to get another one and our waitress was sitting on her phone. I was so upset. The bathrooms were disgusting. They smelled so bad and every toilet was gross.

The service was awful. Waited almost 40 mins to be seated. The woman that waited on us was probably the rudest person I've met in customer service. Constant rolling eyes. Snotty attitude. You get a dog bowl, with a plastic bag around it, and a trash can on your table to eat. The price is ridiculous for the mediocre food they serve. The floors and tables were sticky as well. Would not recommend.
