Waiter takes our order and brings one claw breaker….. said we only have this one and we just got a table in so they need this extra one. Only 4 tables in the whole place. Then when we get the ticket the waitress added an extra 50 dollar meal. Then when we said something they wanted to look through our to go order. It’s a mess I honestly wouldn’t recommend going there. Manager Joanne rude, waitress was incompetent. Very poor service2 people 153 $ and best they would do if we didn’t let them finger the boil bag to check out food after we bagged what we didn’t eat in Togo bag was 5$ off . Read the reviews!!!

I live in troy Illinois and called the order in for a boil bag. Lady said it would be twenty minutes. I said ok cool I'll be there in thirty. I got there and waited about twenty minutes for food. Got home and got everything out on a tray and it seamed as if they over cooked the shrimp and crawfish together and undercooked my cold pound of king crab and scallops. I couldn't tell when I checked it but for the most part it seamed warm. I wound up not finishing my crawfish or crab legs because they were still very translucent indicating they weren't fully cooked so now here I sit on the toilet starting to get sick from what I was able to eat. Way over priced and staff obviously doesn't know how to check their food before it comes out insuring it's correct temp. From now on I'm just keep making the forty minute drive to kirkwood to enjoy the storming crab.

They are short staffed I've witnessed customers leaving after an hour wait and all the manager can say is we are short the staff is HORRIBLE I am normally level headed because I'm in customer service if it wasn't because my BFF really wanted this I would have been at McDonald's

If I could give the service a zero, I would. It was terrible. My daughter and I came here for the first time and last time. When we were greeted by our server, she stood behind my teenager. Basically hovering over her, that would make anyone feel uncomfortable. After we got our drinks, it literally took 20 minutes for our server to get our order. They were not busy at all. These people who were sat after us, got to order and get their food before us. I had to wave our server down just to get her attention, and she still made me wait. I had to ask for silverware, which was a bent fork, and then I had to ask for a crab cracker which took another 5 minutes. I usually tip about 50%, but not this time. I left her a penny for piss poor service. Not once did she check on us, not once did we get a refill. It's not my fault that she might have been having a bad day at work. I've been in the industry for 15 years, that is not how you serve. I have never had service so bad. I really wanted this place to be good, because I love seafood, but I will not return.Edit to add: I overheard our server saying she was double sat. You're not supposed to take that out on your guests. Also, our server kept sliding our silverware and other utensils across the table, it seemed that she was too lazy to hand them to us. If you're reading this review in hopes of dining here, DON'T! To our server: If you can't handle 3 tables, get a job that isn't being a server. Because, you suck at it. I have never had to leave a penny, but that's what your service was worth to me. I felt bad. I had intentions of leaving a 50% cash tip, that would have been over $30 for two guests. But, since whatever else was more important, or you decided to take your frustrations out on us, you got a penny. We were there on Saturday March 16th 2024 around 2:30-3:00pm. She had short black hair, around 5'4"-5'5".

I give it 5 stars! We went in not knowing what to expect. The service was excellent the food was excellent and the promptness and politeness of our server was top tier. The karaoke and energy was fun. It was a great time for me, my 15 year old and my 6 year old. Even at all ages it was great for us all. We will definitely be back!!!

First time there.The appetizer ordered the calamari and crab cake(being raised in Maryland, we should have not ordered the crab cakes)(Not their fault)Ordered two shrimp and mussels boil. There was enough for the meal and enough for two more meals. Great service and delicious food.
