Went in on thursday night around 640, after ordering my food online. Only to get out of there a hour later. Was a lot of other people waiting for online orders…kept telling people they made their orders but didn’t know where they went??? as well as not even calling out names when there were done. Awful experience, only go to shiloh jersey mikes from now on.

Wouldn't even give one star . Tell me what's so hard about being polite to people who are showing you a kindness. It's rare so don't ruin it! These young women will stare you down with the most disgusting look! I didn’t dare to order anything due to the fact that they made me so uncomfortable

The workers will look at you, not say a word and then proceed to not have your food ready on time. I’m over it.

Worst customer service ever, nobody talks to you, lady literally tosses a ticket at me like I’m supposed to know what to do with it. I reccomend placing an online pick up order so you don’t have to deal with the Neanderthals that work there.

Shop was not busy. A few people already were eating. Walked in, made selection, started eating soon. Fast, friendly, and not too bad on the wallet. I would go back if in the area. More than just a sandwich shop.

Good luck getting food at this place ordered online ,waited to go and have waited 45 minutes in the store now and all they can say is I haven't started that order. It's 1 freaking sandwich. Hire people if you can shut down I'll be going elsewhere from now on

I ordered 3 subs online at 12:08 on a wednesday. My order wasn't ready till 1:01 pm, that is unbelievable to me. There were at least 6 workers that I could see and only 1 was working online orders. I don't know who is at fault, I'm not going to discredit anyone without knowing the interworkings of the restaurant, but that is just ridiculous. No, sorry for the wait, no suggestion to get the next sandwich free, not a peep. Won't be going back for the forseeable future

Gross Gross Gross don't ever go there at night before they close they will give you Gross food dried out meat and don't care so if you want to spend a pretty penny and enjoy dried out food be my guess and it was almost closing time couldn't call until next day some people have to work sorry will never go to any of these places again terrible ??

Please train staff prior to putting them on the front line. The girl poured all the red vinegar on my sandwich. Then she rushed me when I told her I had 3 sandwiches.this was the worst experience ever and I love this location. Please do better and stop rushing. I don’t want to be ringed up until my order is correct next time. This was horrible.

By far the best sub place, closest I have found to a east coast grinder, my only peeve is I wish they would change their gloves more often in between orders.
