Quick preparation and good customer service

Love the convenience, sandwiches are always good, however, 3 times now, I've ordered thru website and specified to cut the sandwiches, but 3 times now, they don't come sliced! Why even offer slicing the sandwiches on the website if your not going to pay attention to the order?

This is a family owned business and all the people that work here are friendly, professional and go above and beyond! The place is always clean and the food is always fresh and on point! If you've never tried Jimmy John's I highly recommend this location and if you like Jimmy Johns and are in the area stop by and support! They deliver and also have a dine in area.

It won't let me order my .99 sandwich. I'm going through the app.It keep saying it's been used. TOASTEDTUESDAY is toast I'll spend my money somewhere else.

Just purchased 82.72 in food from this location. Half way through the sandwich I took a bite and noticed that hair was in my mouth and still connected to the sandwich. I called the establishment and they brushed it off like it was nothing. They lied like the manager had left for the day. One of the sandwiches was incorrect. The person on the other end just hung up on me. I do know One thing, I will never purchase from this Filthy location again.

Always good food here but dad it's not open on Sundays anymore.

The worst absolute worst service I have ever

Order delivered to the wrong house. Delivery driver tells me to call the store to get orders re-made. guess what? they are now out of bread. out of bread, let that sink in. So now I am out. And I won't get refunded until 3 days from now. I will never order from here again.

Ran in to get a quick sandwich and ended up with a Peppy and it was delicious the bread was so fresh it was just the right amount of produce on it it was just simply scrumptious

Customer service at this location is still very hit or miss. Today I purchased 4 sandwiches and cookies to go, and they set the items on the counter when done. When I am requested a bag, they pointed to a stack of bags where I could bag my own food. Individuals are getting tired of paying good money to receive attitude and bare minimum service and being treated like an inconvenience. Gone are the days where a business appreciates their customers-again, bare minimum. A food establishment that won’t be bothered to bag a to go order?
