UPDATE: Since it’s been 2 weeks and still no one has reached out about my concern, this location gets 1 star.

I went to this location at around 2:30pm on January 15, 2026. While ordering my sandwich, I watched as the young lady wiped her gloved hand across the counter, touch bags of chips, and a few other things. She then grabs bread with those same gloves to make my sandwich. I politely asked if she could please change them. She then explains that she doesn’t change them all the time because then they would need thousands of gloves. She then proceeds to say she only changes them if someone has an allergy. How disgusting! I won’t be back to this location! I understand I don’t always know what a person does when making my food but I SAW HER! This is also why I always say my blessings.

I do not live near here, but had ordered a catering for delivery. The location was out of the distance, but the people there were very accommodating & friendly!

Picked up lunch for me and my Granddaughter, per-her request. She got a #6, I got a #4 just the sandwiche, mine was disgusting, a huge waste of money. I won't be eating there again, she may request, lunch from there again but I however will not!!!! If I could bring mine back for a refund, I definitely would but not something I would do! Service, however is awesome, lovely crew! Jimmy John's step up!!

I had went for my birthday reward. The worker was very friendly my food was very fresh and fix the way I asked. I order food from Jimmy John's at least once a week when I can the sandwich are much better than Subway too me.

Love the convenience, sandwiches are always good, however, 3 times now, I've ordered thru website and specified to cut the sandwiches, but 3 times now, they don't come sliced! Why even offer slicing the sandwiches on the website if your not going to pay attention to the order?

This is a family owned business and all the people that work here are friendly, professional and go above and beyond! The place is always clean and the food is always fresh and on point! If you've never tried Jimmy John's I highly recommend this location and if you like Jimmy Johns and are in the area stop by and support! They deliver and also have a dine in area.

It won't let me order my .99 sandwich. I'm going through the app.It keep saying it's been used. TOASTEDTUESDAY is toast I'll spend my money somewhere else.

Just purchased 82.72 in food from this location. Half way through the sandwich I took a bite and noticed that hair was in my mouth and still connected to the sandwich. I called the establishment and they brushed it off like it was nothing. They lied like the manager had left for the day. One of the sandwiches was incorrect. The person on the other end just hung up on me. I do know One thing, I will never purchase from this Filthy location again.

Always good food here but dad it's not open on Sundays anymore.
