This location is horrible! Since moving to the area 3yrs ago, we have tried multiple times to get donuts here. We have wondered what it would be like to succeed! We have decided that if they are ever actually open AND have donuts to sell AND an actual employee who is willing to box them AND take our money, we will immediately go to the nearest gas station and buy a stack of lottery tickets. One can dream.

Donuts were being made fresh , we stopped by on our way home from out of state. The lady working the counter was super bubbly and described the flavors and how we could mix and match for the best deal.

They were out of most of the donuts I wanted. And the ones I was able to get were already stale. But they were able to charge me full price. I can get better donuts from my local Casey's.

last 4 times i been to fairview heights location, they are out of everything but few glaze, and say not making anymore even tho didnt close for atleast 2 more hours, place should get new workers or close down

We ordered yesterday,03/03/25 through their app, a dozen of chocomania and everything we wanted was available but when we arrived in the store the staff just told my husband they only have one flavor left on our order the rest are unavailable anymore! like why?Why it is available online?! This happens twice to us already! Odering online and arrives for nothing! why you are not able to monitor your orders? And guess what we waited almost 30mins. in drive thru with nothing that we wanted and we only have one variety of doughnut .Very dissapointed with your service.

The young woman at the window was very rude and disrespectful. We end up not getting any donuts.
There is a line wrapped around the building, the doors are locked because they are “short staffed” and there’s 2 employees in the back smoking.

We bought a Chocomania dozen at the drive through this afternoon and when we got home an hour later 4 of the donuts were just plain originals. Took this picture after we ate 2 filled donuts.
