Staff are rude and unwilling to help even when it isn't busy. They also smash donuts to make em all fit. Want 12 donuts? If they dont have a box for it expect them all shoved and smashed into a half dozen box. Want hot coffee? Best they can do is room temp. Pretty consistent too. Went three times, same problems. Wont be going back.

Absolutely abysmal service. I waited for over five minutes while someone cleaned windows, and another deliberately stood with her back to me after finishing a couple of drive-thru orders (she looked halfway over her shoulder at least twice while I stood waiting). She said the other girl would check me out. I asked why. She said she was working drive-thru. She proceeded to ring in my order but walked away. I had to wait for someone else, who was waiting on another customer to take my payment. Personally, I would tell these girls to never come back and close the store.

I love this place! Best donuts ever and the workers are always so friendly! Tried the new pumpkin spice original glazed donut, it was delicious! Just the right amount of spice, not overpowering!

This location closes at 11:00pm on Sundays. I stopped by yesterday 8/3 at 8:30pm and all they had was original glazed donuts…… Absolutely nothing else. This store is the closest to me and I rarely end up getting what I go there wanting to get.

We got a 6 pack of the DC Superhero donuts late at night. One of the group dropped their donut and the staff replaced it. Great customer service. Who doesn't love a Krispy Kreme! I had the Batman donut and it was filled with what seemed to be a cookies and creme filling. Yum The only downside was the box cost $16.
Krispy Kreme is my sworn enemy—and my greatest weakness. I came for one donut. Left with a dozen and no dignity. The warm glaze called to me like a siren. They’ve won this round, but I’ll be back. This war isn’t over… unfortunately. 5 stars. To add insult to injury…they always give me that free sample I simply cannot refuse!

I was really looking forward to getting a donu. Since I haven't had Krispy Kreme in forever.I went through the drive through and had to place my order twice since the girl didn't hear me the first time and all she said, after I said I wanted to 6 donuts and what donuts they where was to pull up front to the window. I told her that I would like to get a drink and she mumbled something and said they don't have them. I said OK and she said pull up front. I got to the front. They were blasting music inside the building .She ripped my card out of my hand and then handed me the box to doughnuts. They almost fell right out of my hand because she pretty much threw them at me.I was very disappointed and then when I opened the box of donuts are just as disappointing as she was none of them were fully glazed and they all seem to be quite old.
