Needs new management. Out of touch staff. Empty restaurant 6 tables total,25 minute wait but seating at the bar where while you wait for the lazy staff to get you you can watch other get served food. A little ridiculous as a restaurant owner I find it extremely lacking customer service, teamwork, and sad environment for diners coming to enjoy their evening greeted by the dullest person around while she sits on her phone in the front if the restaurant texting to wait 25 minutes with completely open seating and slow moving staff.

Always enjoy it. Steak temps not consistent, but they are tasty.Update 4.29.22 Ace and Rory know they're temps. 5 stars thanks to them.Update 4.21.24 Complete 180, in my opinion. Steak was dry, brussel sprouts were not good, fries were cold, even the beer was off. It must've been an off day, but the server wasn't very inviting either.

I've been to other locations but this was my first visit to this location and we did pick up due to the hour table wait time. The food was spectacular every thing we ordered was hot and yummy.
We walked in on a Monday evening. Wait list was 30 mins, no problem. People coming in immediately seated. After 45 minutes I asked hostess where we were on list (#4). I asked why people were seated just walking in? Oh they went outside and called in and we have to seat them first. So if I would have gone outside and called in, we would have been seated right away? Yes! Very interesting.

Everything was wonderful. We appreciate our waitress Payton on her great customer skills. We appreciate the chef and short hand cooks who also prepared our meal. The best service we received compared to Memphis on Houston Levee.
