My husband came in for a take out order on 4/13/25 11:07 AM. We got a bowl and a cup of broccoli cheddar soup along with one just a spud and one carrot cake. We've been eating at McAlister's dinning in and take out for quite awhile never had an issue until today the soup was not as good as normal. It was darker in texture tasted a bit different and very little broccoli ended up dumping it out. Just wanted to let you know don't know if you went with a different brand or what. Otherwise your food is great and great service.

Haven't been to this establishment since November of 21. The manager running this place is a joke. No spuds at 2:00 in the afternoon on a Wednesday. Very little meat on the sandwiches now out where the salt, pepper and sweetener was. Both of them was completely empty. Terrible location

Ordered a holiday cookie tray. To sum it up, only a few cookies were “holiday” with M&M’s on them, but there were Halloween ones in it, and oatmeal raisin. On top of it, they were all overbaked. Pictured below: Expectation vs Reality. $38 wasted

Anthony was the most polite and helpful employee I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Food was great but nothing compared to his positive attitude and dedication to making sure we enjoyed our experience!
Ordered the veggie sandwich through Door Dash. The avocado on the sandwich was ROTTEN. It should have never been put on a sandwich yet they did it anyways. The potato soup was also very watery, like they put extra water in it to make more. I'm very disappointed in the poor quality.

Food arrived approximately 25 minutes after ordering, cold to the touch. It wasn't terribly busy, but it took forever for the cashier to take our order and comprehend what we were saying. Napkin dispensers were empty and plenty of tables were dirty.
