We like McAlister’s Deli but I thought I’d share a review for this Fairview Heights location because it was perfect this evening. The staff were all friendly and kept busy doing some extra cleaning unlike most restaurants where they stand around instead of making the dining area tidy. Our food was great. My last compliment would be there was relaxing music playing, almost Zen-like! We will probably drive a few minutes further next time to visit this location.

I ordered from McAlister’s Deli for the first time ever today and was honestly pretty disappointed with how the timing was handled. I placed my order online at 10:00am, a full half hour before they even opened, specifically so it would be ready at 11 AM. But when I showed up on time, I was told there’d be a delay because they were busy with a large order placed before opening. I pointed out that I also placed my order before opening and yet mine wasn’t prioritized at all,...

Recently visited 2 different locations and enjoyed both visits. Refreshing good salads are had to locate in drive thru restaurants these days. I will definitely be back for many more visits.
