Always great food service was slow this time but that is the exception as usually my order is waiting for me . My Salad was delicious as always. I usually order online and pickup and my order. I think they were short staffed and just overwhelmed today.

My husband came in for a take out order on 4/13/25 11:07 AM. We got a bowl and a cup of broccoli cheddar soup along with one just a spud and one carrot cake. We've been eating at McAlister's dinning in and take out for quite awhile never had an issue until today the soup was not as good as normal. It was darker in texture tasted a bit different and very little broccoli ended up dumping it out. Just wanted to let you know don't know if you went with a different brand...

Anthony was the most polite and helpful employee I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Food was great but nothing compared to his positive attitude and dedication to making sure we enjoyed our experience!
