I understand it's hard to find good people but out right rude people is another thing. The owners need to shake things up and find leaders and get rid of current lady manager. She is very rude and disrespectful. She doesn't know how to talk to the public. I have had to deal with her twice and will not be back.
I ordered 1 large coffee with 2 creams, 3 Splenda. They are supposed to come inside the cup not in the bag. They gave me regular sugar. I then had to go in the store to get Splenda. I then looked at the burrito and it was a little square. I wish I could upload the picture. I called back and the young lady who I spoke with said she was the manager. I advised her of my complaint and she says there is nothing we can do about the coffee or burrito. I again advised her that...read full review
This McDonald's the workers are all African American young ghetto having fun at work instead of working and then get real nasty and rude with the customers because you disturb them while they're chatting poor service poor attitude long wait .... horrible horrible management service needs to be shut down
