Highly recommend do not go to this McDonald’s. It’s one of the worst McDonald’s out there me and Daughter did not Get our food. We didn’t even get a refund. We got nothing. My daughter even said McDonald’s is no fun and it’s horrible coming from a kid that says a lot. Go to Taco Bell they’ll get you in and out this McDonald’s is horrible The floors were very disgusting and you could easily slip on them too

Some of the worst service I've ever received. Workers don't work the drive thru mic half the time. Management might need a change up. I've also had to cancel many of orders through the mobile app. Only because no one while come on the mic through the drive thru. Most definitely won't be coming back here for a long time. Sad excuse for a restaurant.

Terrible customer service. Tried asking for a drink and some cookies since the shake was basically double what the drink is. They come back and then when I asked for a drink on top of the cookies they then tell me I can only do one. They then tried giving me a sprite instead of a shake. I admit I thought my friend had gotten my soda so I thought I was supposed to get two. when I asked for a refund instead they basically ignored me and closed the window. Sat in a mobile order spot for 5-6 minutes trying to figure out if I had a missing drink and when I called they said theyd take the sprite back and give me my money. Just to have the manager come to the window, talk to me like I was some piece of work trying to scam them, and closed the window on me after being extremely disrespectful.

Ordered biscuits and gravy with orange juice got it home had one bite had to throw it out threw up for three hours. I do not recommend this place. The service was horrible. I did not get a receipt and I’ve been sick all day orange juice. I wish they had negative stars, but I have to give them one just to post this.

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my life. Chicken nuggets were super soggy. French fries were full of grease and soggy, cheeseburger I ordered didn’t have cheese and had about a gallon of ketchup all over it. Wrapper was just filthy. I waited over 20 minutes for my meal to go.
