I had to leave before I could get my order in the drive through because I was going to be late to work. There were so many people waiting for orders. It’s fast food. It should not be this hard. lol

Absolutely the worst experience ever! Skip this McDonald’s every time! They gave me the wrong order- I notified them and the “manager” argued with me that I ordered something different. I literally get the same thing every time I come, I know what I ordered. She told me I didn’t order that and that I ordered something else and refused to give me what I ordered and paid for and slammed the window in my face. I come here 2x a week for months as it is near my work. I paid them money and never got my food. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Went there, waited 40 minutes for an ice cream Sunday that was half filled. I asked for the whipped cream I PAID for and the MANAGER responds with “damn this shit almost over with anyway…” unprofessional. Rude and the fries were soggy and unsalted

Best thing about this store is the recorded greeting at the speakers. All downhill after that.
This McDonald's has a really unprofessional atmosphere. Groups of employees stand around and talk, sometimes with foul language, there's really no customer service to speak of, and the place just has a ln unfriendly vibe. The good is ok, if you manage to get it all. Usually takes a couple tries for that to happen. To me this speaks more about McDonald's as a company than this place as an individual store. McDonald's is not a place for kids to have fun and relax anymore. It's a place where you feel you have to be on guard.
