Fries were hot, chicken nuggets were fresh. There was extra sauce in the bag AND they actually gave me napkins unlike any other McDonald's I've been to recently. The drive through worker was nice. I'll be back. I hope it's as good next time!
I've been to this location many times and was always dissatisfied with the service, although the food was still good. The service on my visit today on the other hand was the complete opposite, thanks to Samira in the drive-thru. She was exceptionally polite and over the top friendly! As a former employee, I know the drive-thru is one of the least desirable positions and yet her professionalism and friendliness shined through to make for a wonderful visit.

When I had issues with the McDonald's app not working on my phone, Roy was exceptional when it came to helping me out. While the app required a more technical solution, he was still able to help providing me with the right solutions to my issue. Even offering to give up one of his own codes. I heavily recommend this man for a raise
