Such a peaceful atmosphere the owner is a creative spirit both inside and out, the Vibe as well as the Ora of this place is almost in real. The other Patriots who frequent this establishment has had the same experience. The entertainment on a weekly bases is awesome.... Not to mention the food is great as well.5 stars it is

Mengi's Cafe' is a great place to unwind and enjoy a good positive atmosphere. The owner is warm and kind; and she once told me that she prayed that all who enter the doors of Mengi's feel welcome. (A paraphrase of her comments).
It's about time we have a venue like this in Fairview Heights! Absolutely loved the live reggae band

My first time out in a long time, this was a great place for the husband and I to have a date night.
MENGi's is amazing. It has a rare intimacy that's hard to find and you're treated very well at all the events. The atmosphere is exceptional.
