Nothing Bundt Cakes

I came in on my birthday to redeem my free Bundt & also purchase a cake for my birthday gathering. It was an older lady working the register. She was so rude to me. My daughter & I walked in & the lady was sitting down behind the counter. I walked in & made a joke about the wind & she just looked at us. Finally she stood up. Didn’t really greet us. So I let her know I had to redeem a free Bundt for my birthday. She points to the display of cakes & tails me to look at the flavors & figure out which I want. I picked one out. I also informed her that I would like to purchase one as well. As I waited for my them to add the topper of my choice a few older Caucasian ladies walked in. She stood up to greet them had conversations & laughed with them. My daughter looked at me & i looked at her. We already felt the bad vibes from the time we walked in. Even after that I was still nice to the lady. But I wanted to get a refund & leave the cake there. Horrible experience for my 1st time shopping there. They won’t see me for a while!!! May not ever go back if that’s how I’m treated

Let's bring back exceptional customer service. I visited Nothing Blunt Cakes today, and unfortunately, the service was very disappointing. To the young lady who attended me—if dealing with the public isn't your passion, perhaps consider a different career path. Kindness costs nothing but makes all the difference.

Great cakes but apparently special requests for packaging separate cakes for gluten free gets beyond their service and leaves their eyes rolling.

CAKES ARE GOOD HANDLING THIS ISSUE HORRIBLE
TIRED OFF FEELING LIKE A THIEF BECAUSE YOU KEEP SENDING THE SAME NUMBER ON EVERY COUPON I RECEIVE. BECAUSE OF THIS IT KEEPS SAYING THAT THE COUPON HAS BEEN USED.THE MANAGER AT THE FAIRVIEW HEIGHTS LOCATION TOLD ME THAT THE COUPONS ALWAYS HAVE A DIFFERENT NUMBER THAT IS NOT THE CASE.THIS WAS LAST WEEK WHEN I CAME IN.IN THE PAST MONTH I HAVE PURCHASED YOUR PRODUCT ABOUT 6 DIFFERENT TIMES.THE FIRST 2 TIMES THEY OVER ROAD IT THE LAST 2 TIMES THEY DIDN'T.....YOU CAN SPEAK TO A PERSON AS SWEET AS POSSIBLE BUT YOUR MANERISMS SAYS YOU'RE JUST TRYING TO GET OVER ON US YOU THEIF.....NOT APPRECIATED AT ALL. I'VE BOUGHT TOO MANY IN THE PAST MONTH FOR THIS TREATMENT

Clean building, tasty food, friendly workers. The cake is delicious. the staff is friendly and I've never had a messed up order here. I enjoy trying their new flavors.

Can't say enough about the excellent customer service this location provided yesterday. Through no fault of their own, the cake I ordered for my daughter's birthday didn't arrive at her college via Uber Eats. They made things right by preparing another cake and driving it to her college within 30 minutes! Birthday crisis was averted, and she and her roommates loved the cake!

I have a card to get a free bundtlet every month. Went in on last day of a month and asked if I could get the next month one while there. I buy these for staff birthdays and planned to also buy additional ones. They refused to let me get it a day early. So in order to get what I need, I have to make two trips! I took my free one and I’ll go to The Cup from now on! You lost a customer!
