Whoever the GM of this place is- you are not doing a good job. Over the last 3 months I’ve came here about 10 times. It took well over 30 mins to get my food every single time. This is a fast food place meaning you should get your food fast. This is the last time me and my family will ever eat here.
My last visit was a little different. My big plate was a small container with the entree and a really small box with my two sides. Three days prior (I eat out frequently) Imy big plate was the three compartment styrofoam plate. And all visits prior were served in the three compartment styrofoam plates. Needless to say, I am sure what happened. I do know I was still hungry because they switched up on me.

First and last time coming to this location . It’s unfortunate that the employees are the reason businesses lose customers . I will only go to the one outside of the mall from now on . Rude staff

I am disappointed to the point of contacting corporate compliance as well as the county of St.Clair Health department. Although my order was ordered through door dash the plating of my meals were unacceptable. I ordered double portions and received single side portions for both meals. The meals were cool to touch. My dasher had no other stops and lastly I didn't receive my receipt. I'm reluctant to have talked to Anna, who identified herself as Team Lead. She was pleasant and instructed me to contact door dash. She also voiced that there are several new team members and that she is willing to re-train on how to properly plate portions. Overall, terrible experience and I hope they can provide better service.

Ordered beyond orange chicken - got regular
Can we leave zeros? This location has the worse customer service. Long drive thru line, 6 workers standing at the window, on their phones, laughing giggling, no care about our food getting cold, drinks getting watered down. Left without paying. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Did I mention the “manager” was right there as well. This place needs management overhaul. Corporate needs to address.

Will run out of food 1.5 hours before they close and refuse to make more. When asked if they would have rice coming out (at 6:30 they close at 8) their answer was “nah this is it”

do not work here, manager is discriminating against my partner for his hair, told him he couldn’t come to work or clock in without a hat and then proceeded to say he no called no showed after being told he couldn’t come in. terrible management.

Me and my grandson love Panda Express, we decided to eat their while doing some last minute shopping, at St. Clair Mall
They were out of so much, they didnt even have paper to print a receipt. The emplyees were pleasant but shame on the owner.
