I wish it was possible to give this place 0 stars. The environment is disgusting they have had a knat problem for the last four months that has only recently gotten slightly better. There is mold in places that are unimaginable, and the silverware is never clean. The last straw for me was getting a stomach bug after consuming their food, it is disgusting. Friendly word of advice close the store and re evaluate the cleanliness and values of the store.

Cashier was Heaven; Not only was the individual who took our order very passive aggressive and curt. But the service that my husband and I received was atrocious. Between our food being horribly burnt and the bread flipped upside down so that we wouldn’t be able to see the quality unless we took the sandwiches apart - to our salads having clumps of hair in it. I was disgusted, and disappointed. We only stopped by after 24 straight hours of driving, and the service was very poor. I encourage anyone else in the future to avoid the drive through as the service was displeasing.

i recently visited this Panera with my grandma and some other family members, and unfortunately, it wasn't a great experience. When they called our name, I assumed our order was ready, but an employee was quite rude and abruptly took my mac & cheese away, saying they were organizing things. Like seriously? Why call our name if you’re gonna snatch the plate from my hand when i try to take it off the counter? On top of that, the silverware was dirty, and they completely messed up my friend's coffee order.
The best place to be at. I am not just used to of giving 5 stars. What if?
