The staff are friendly and there's always the regular crowd. Food is good, a little expensive but unfortunately you can't escape Capitalism.

There's one thing I don't understand though, why are they refusing to clean the men's urinal so much so that there's calcium buildup occurring. Because of this the men's bathroom smells like urine 24/7.

Also, be mindful that the seat cushions outside hold water for a tremendously long time. It hasn't rained in a week and my behind just got wet.

Everything about this Panera is great. The manager on the other hand.. we’re sitting in the lobby and we all hear her screaming at her employees “you got that YES!? Yes!???” Like children. If my child worked here I’d be so heartbroken someone’s talking to them like this. I wish I could post a video. She’s been yelling the entire time we’ve been here treating every employee like her slaves. I’ve worked for Panera for 15 years myself as a kid. I just couldn’t imagine being treated like this.

I go to the store (in Fairview Heights) at least once a week. My service was terrible today! There was no one in the drive-through so I placed my order and went up to the window. When I got to the window I had to set there and wait until 4 cars ordered behind me. The cashier then took my money and asked if I wanted a receipt and I said yes. My receipt said “re-print” then six minutes later he came to the window and said I don’t know what happened to your order but it’s now placed behind the four cars behind you. He asked me to pull forward I said I didn’t understand and he said I don’t either. I asked to talk to manager and she came to the window and said “pull forward” which confused ? me. I pulled forward and waited again. When my order came out (23 minutes according to my REPRINTED receipt) I went in to talk to the manager she said “we’re really busy today, I can pour a cup of soup really fast but a hot sandwich takes three minutes“ I explained I had waited 23 minutes she said “ma’am, we’re really busy”. I was very upset that she didn’t apologize or offer me a drink. From now on I will go to the Shiloh Panera’s (unless they’re owned by the same person).

Panera is one of my places for lunch. Seems like portion s different and prices higher enough that people with me even mentioned.

What kind of place that does hot drinks doesn’t do hot chocolates ?… disappointing..
otherwise a great place for a wide selection of foods that are delicious .

My husband and I ordered at the drive thru, we waited for about 25 minutes to get our food and they then asked us to pull into the drive thru parking spot to wait. We waited another 15 minutes and at that point it was clear they forgot our food. I went into the pickup counter to check on it. When I explained I was still waiting for my order, Jennifer, raised her voice at me and said “Who are you?” She then started snapping at her staff to drop everything and get the order made. I was waiting quietly nearby and she snapped again and said “You just need to give me 3 more minutes.” It was an incredibly uncomfortable experience. It’s not a big deal if you’re busy and you forget or mess up an order, but that’s no reason to be rude to your customers or staff.

Panera is not the great coffee shop that it was. There's very few bagels to choose from, and they have eliminated chocolate! If you are a health nut it's your place.

Upset they no longer have the chocolate chip bagel. Got a cinnamon crunch and got it toasted even though I didn't ask.

I drive a little further daily just to go to this specific Panera for lunch. This is hands down the BEST one I've been to. The employees who prepare the food are so so sweet and are always trying their best to get the food out fast, even at lunchtime when it's the busiest. Would recommend to anyone!
